App is broken, can’t view the test results in the “All Complete” tab
I was wondering when you guys will fix results showing up in the “All Complete” tab. Your last update to the app shows “connection error” with a Retry button that does nothing. Do you know when this will be fixed so that we can view test result?
Multiple Idexx Accounts
Would be a great idea for VetConnect to allow a unified view of multiple Idexx accounts (ideally with a filter). As a locum vet, a recurring theme is bloods or diagnostics run at one branch (with a separate Idexx billing/supplies account) are not visible online at the other. Most practices have their vets deployed across all sites, it would be so useful to have linked accounts for one business so you just login to VetConnect once but be able to see everything. Submission forms could just have a mandatory drop down saying “which branch”. Please consider this as an update.
Good but hard to use on remote device
Good connectivity. But very hard to look at when on a smaller device. It doesn’t auto fit the screen.
Improved but buggy
Improvements have been made but I am still signed out every day and therefore do not get notifications. On newest iOS and app.

I was really impressed that almost 9 pm on a Friday night and they still had a very helpful person on call ready to help me log into the app when I needed access to a patients bloodwork that I submitted! Super friendly and helpful 🙂
Recent update
I have never had an issue with this app since originally installing it years ago. I updated it a week ago and now it will not let me login. I can login on the website with the same credentials but not the app.. Please fix this bug!!!
U/A results slowed dow
Since the recent upgrade the U/A results are much slower to post than they used to be!!
I enjoy the convenience but still needs work to be really helpful
Good for receiving results with the convenience of your iPhone or iPad but trending results is not good at all. For example serial results like t4, progesterone, CK are hard to tell what test was taken when and which result to use. Also we use the xray pacs system and the images are often way too small to view.
One step forward two back
There are certainly improvements in appearance and ease of viewing. Unfortunately the removed the integration with cornerstone so you cannot email the results to the client as you used to be able to do without knowing their email address. Search functionality was also removed which now makes the app less desireable. I agree with previous reviews about iPad functionality; app is not keeping pace with utilization of mobile devices.

Disappointed
It’s the Labor Day holiday weekend, my own horse got sick Friday morning, I submitted samples Friday and all I can get from this app is that the lab hasn’t received samples. I’ve called and am pretty happy with the phone support but this app is a loser this weekend. I have to call on the phone to get any results.
iPad version please
An iPad version would be great both to view and show radiographs - viewing on iPhone is less than ideal.
Give us back the ability to email clients!
“Improvements” on an app should not take away options. Prior to upgrades, this app gave you the ability to email clients directly results and document that communication for future reference. Since a few updates, that ability is gone and when you go to send the results you will only be able to send to your recent phone contacts. I’ve contacted support multiple times and zero response, multiple “updates” since then that do not include reinstalling this feature. Maybe there was a legal issue with sending through the app directly to clients, but I wouldn’t be able to speak to that because I’ve never had a callback to our clinic regarding this issue.
Needed updates.
I can’t find a way to search for a specific patient. Also, I can’t find a way to view all tests submitted for a patient. So, if I find the CBC result, there is no obvious place to also see the FUO profile or culture that were submitted, without scrolling and just looking for it, since I cannot search. Please correct this.

Vet Connect
Unreliable. Poorly defined DVM filters. Too frequently does not integrate well regarding Idexx labs and Cornerstone.

The previous version was much better. Unfortunately, you can no longer search for a patient by name, etc.

I love the convenience of knowing results when I’m not in the clinic.
Less than useless
This app WAS useful for looking at lab work results on the fly, especially when trying to keep tabs on time-sensitive cases. However, the rewrite is absolutely terrible and makes the app cause more trouble than it’s worth — a complete time waster. No normal values. They used to be there. That are since removed. Why?! Also, once opened from the app, the results cannot be marked as unread, which used to be handy to allow internal communication with the staff to ensure follow up communication with the doctors and clients. App is slow, awkward, and very disappointing. No fix in sight after complaining about this immediately following the launch of the “new” app we were forced to download. Software is not Idexx’s strong suit.
Screen size
Is there a possibility to have an updated version compatible with iPad and iPhone X, XS and big screens in general? It will look more better than zoomed tiny displays.
Very disappointed
You used to be able to turn your phone to landscape view to see the results with the normal range and they took that away. Now you have to click on each individual result and then click on result values to see the range. Why????? They also took away the ability to search for a patient.
Filter reference lab from in house
It would be helpful to filter in house diagnostics from reference lab results.

Needs new update again
Have to continually sign on as it does not keep you logged in. Difficult to read some results. Unfortunately should wait before jumping on the new updates. Too many bugs!
Great app. Needs iPhone X support
Huge timesaver and highly recommend if you use idexx - either in house or at the lab. Requests: iPhone X support and Apple Watch support.
Bad update
Before it displayed the complete vs the pending tests in two separate tabs. Now it’s all together , so if a test is pending for several days you have to scroll to see if these tests are still pending. We have twelve doctors in our practice, ‘all complete’ and ‘all in process’ is useless information, I only want to see my tests.
Can we get an iPad version?

Disappointed with latest update
The app was user friendly and intuitive prior to the newest update. It is now difficult to see prior lab results and hard to tell which tests are completed without going to different tabs. Also unable to mark a read test results as unread.

Searching for patient?
Being able to use this app to check things on the go and being away from a computer should be user friendly. I need to be able to do that while doing other things quickly Scrolling back through hundreds of results is not efficient. No real use for the app without that.

Good app but recent update lets it down as now cannot access interpretation data on the iPhone, previously not an issue otherwise would be 5*!
Have to keep signing in, won’t save your password
All I have to ask is, Why? Are the lab results some secret information that only the bravest of us can access? Throw us a bone, keep us signed in or let my phone save the password. Been pretty disappointed in Idexx lately in general…
Handy, but missing some features
This does a good job of displaying recent Complete lab work. That brings up the first problem, if one of the submitted tests takes days, you won't see any evidence of your submission until ALL are complete. I guess you'll be revisiting the web interface anyway! Next, the web interface gives you all the nice trending data, guess they couldn't agree how to do that. Now if they could fix those problems...
Email!!!!
Really wish you could email results from that app one thing antech app has over index. Major downfall!!
Not working now
For some reason the app is not working for the last couple of days with no explanation. It keeps notifying that there are blood results but when I try to see them it says it cannot communicate the servers!
Update Ruined it
The app was great before. Use friendly. Easy to isolate your patients and separate things. New update has completely ruined the experience. Pending labwork is in the same column as done labwork. Very annoying. There is no option to leave the app logged in on your phone so it is constantly kicking you out. The notifications only work about half the time. I’m very displeased. I’ve gone back to just using the website because the app is more trouble than it’s worth.
Great! But needs minor tweaks
I love this app! It works smoothly and Consistently. That being said it would be helpful if there was a way to set all of the results to read or to be able to "star" or "flag" certain results to reflect back on at later times.
Highly annoying update
The app does a great job of showing the latest lab results. HOWEVER, withe the latest update, the app is now treating EVERY SINGLE test a given patient has EVER had in their LIFE as a brand new test result. Run a test on a 14 yr old patient and you'll have "brand new results" on every test they had between now and 2001. That means waking up to "63 new results" when you only submitted 6 labs. And I haven't found any way to mass unmark them so they stop showing up as new. One. At. A. Time. Or keep track of what the number of irrelevant new tests are so you know when real new ones arrive. Pretty sure I don't need to compare labs on my mobile device badly enough to deal with this bug. Frustrated.
