iPhone Login
The Oscar Health App for an iPhone is designed to use Safari as its default browser when logging in which I’ve found you cannot change. In order to log in on the app you must go into the phone’s SETTINGS then(however you get to an individual app’s settings) to SAFARI then to ADVANCED. Make sure BLOCK ALL COOKIES is turned OFF. Hope this helps to avoid several calls to CSR. BTW the CSR co-signed sending a review.
Horrible AI service
I didn’t know I was submitting prior to writing review. I have purchased several Dexcom products and now Omnipod products that have been defected. My doctor submitted a prior authorization for all of these items and . So after I paid for these defective medical devices and received vouchers to replace them at drugstore, i was told that they CVS could not replace them because of expired PA. Meanwhile Oscar did not yet approve the PA submitted yesterday. Their paid customer service rep could only repeat her script. It was also extremely loud in the call center sweat shop. After I make a similar request for the Omnipod. Remember I’ve already paid about $80 for each of these items. The Oscar ai tells me to go to the ER if I’m feeling suicidal. Pretty big jump from me accusing you of fraudulent practices. It is. I’m not sure whether CVS owns Oscar or vice versa, but it’s a scam to require a prior authorization on something I have literally already paid $180 for. OSCAR, CVS are scamming its customers by requiring approval twice. Their ai questions your mental health. There were no curse words or inappropriate exclamations. Waiting 48 and now 72 hours for a replacement pump and sensor because they can’t be bothered on the weekends. Roughly 29% of our lives occur on the weekends.
Can't log in
What is accounts.hioscar.com and why doesn't the fingerprint work on the ipad. I use the fingerprint login, then there's a message and I have to enter the password anyway.
The worst health insurance
I cannot login to my account on a Saturday because the customer service is closed on weekends, and my account was locked after 2 failed login attempts. They make you create an unnecessarily extravagant password. Why can’t health insurance be simple?
App update
I can’t update the new version of the app to pay my bill.

The reason I have apps is to use Face ID so I don’t have to keep track of multiple logins. This app makes that pointless when it redirects me to the website to log in. Not to mention, the insurance agents rarely can answer a question, instead give what seem to be cut and paste answers that really aren’t helpful.
App looks user friendly, but pointless
The app is user friendly, easy to navigate, but for being a “virtual health hub” as they push everything virtual, actually getting care continued that did not start with their virtual platform is a nightmare.

I’m sick as a dog I’m trying to log into my app. The whole reason why I stayed with Oscar was because of the virtual app and to be this sick and for to keep telling me that I need to update my app in order to even login I’ve been trying to update the app for over an hour and it’s just showing the circle as if it’s working to download and has yet to do so- like I said there were more affordable plans and I told my agent and I was gonna stick with Oscar because I love the app but to be this sick and not even be able to login is a nightmare
Keep getting logged out
When the app is working, it’s pretty streamlined and great! That said, it often won’t let me in, which is a problem. I have it set up to use Face ID, and often it spins and gives me a checkmark like it has worked, and then still makes me sign in. I can’t remember my password (hence face id), so I keep having to reset it, and then I get locked out of my account for “too many attempts”. So again, when it lets you in, it’s a great app! But I frequently can’t get in, which sucks.
The best
Is the best insurance company , They've been with me throughout every process and have addressed all my needs. They're definitely the best. Thank you.
Dog water
This app is absolutely garbage. Its my new insurance i cant ever send a message to my provider because it keeps crashing everytime i attempt to setup an appointment.
Options for gift cards
Would give 5 stars if you could give option for the gift cards they will help for this time of year but threw out the year I don’t shop on amazing that much.

Can’t do anything.
The app is so garbage it won’t let me email my PCP. Call anyone. I don’t know what’s going on with this app. Oscar needs to fix the issue that’s going on with their app plus all the changes they have done making it harder to even afford to see someone.
Not secure??
My app has never worked, I get the message “it appears your iPhone is not secure. Please use the website.” When I go to hioscar.com and log in on my phone, I am redirected to the app, where , of course, I get the message above. When I try to log in on my MacBook Pro I get the message above”internal server error.” How can I log in???
