this app is really cute! it takes good pictures for you insta dumps and all that. the only problem is for me is that it gets stuck in the loading screen and when i press the shutter it won’t go to the camera!! i have to press the button a lot of times and and even move my phone: please please please fix!!
Best camera app
This app has hands-down the best filters to replicate the same look. Many reviews criticize the small viewfinder, but if you look in the settings menu you can make it larger. You can also toggle random light effects and high/low quality. Overall very impressed

Eye to camera is dumb
You can’t see anything anyway why do you put your eye to the camera to get it to open. I liked it better when you could just click. It’s dumb this way.
Glitch importing photos
I’ve had this app since 2017 I love it. But for the past year when I import images were taken with my front camera the images come out distorted with a weird textile pattern at the bottom. The images are completely unusable. I have to screenshot my photo and then import it. Can y’all fix this please.

Years of photos lost when it updated I want them back. I just lost someone I loved and need those photos please I’m begging

It’s not the best.
The photos work fine but the camera screen thing won’t display. A big green screen that says HUJI just stays there and every once in a while it will fully display.

I love this app it’s really good and it turns my pics into really pretty things but the only thing I think that is bad about it is that it should have 0.5 like the actual camera because 0.5 makes everything better so if it had 0.5 this would be 5 stars

Me and all my friends live HUJI we all use it but when I downloaded it it wouldn’t let me go into selfie mode but it will only let me use the back camera . So HUJI if you could please help thanksss.

the thing where it says you can buy extra options for .99, scam. it adds $9.65 to it and doesn’t tell you. but i like the photos it makes.

App Broken
This used to be a great app that I used all the time but it has been broken and camera is black and app crashes when you try to take a picture. Lost all my old pictures trying to reinstall. Sad

Annoyed
Every time I open the app, the camera doesn’t immediately show up. I have to tap on the screen constantly clicking taking pictures before the camera actually shows up. At this point, I’m just gonna delete the app because it’s not worth the annoyance. It’s too bad because the pictures it takes I do like.
Irritating
The pictures in the app turn out to be really cool and vintage. Other than that, it’s actually kind of hard to get to the camera. I couldn’t figure out how to go to the actual camera that wasn’t the small rectangle in the corner.

Camera doesn’t open
The camera doesn’t open. I click it to zoom/enhance it, so I can see if it actually is capturing what I need it to capture, but it’s as if I never click the camera option in the app. The only buttons that work are the Lab, actual photo taker button, and flash. Please fix this!!!

Doesnt work
Had this app for a few years and worked work at first so didnt mind paying for it. However since upgrading to an iPhone 16 Pro Max it no longer works, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app just automatically closes down when going to the camera mode to shoot pics. Very disappointed.
FIX THE CAMERA
I love HUJI so much but the only thing that is really annoying is that it’s so hard to press on the camera and make it go in to full mode

It keeps making me zoom into my face to take the pic to long in. But every-time I do it doesn’t and it’s PMO! But other than that I kinda like it.
Camera won’t fully display
I love Huji. Will always, and have always. However, I just updated to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, and for some reason, when I bring my eye up to the lens, it does not enlarge like it did on my old phone. It still takes pictures and does an amazing job! I just can’t get to the other options available when the lens enlarges. Is there a fix to this, or maybe user error?

Unusable
I have always loved the effects this app produces but it’s always been incredibly slow, but ever since updating it doesn’t give me the option to edit photos from my album anymore so it’s useless! Great potential but rubbish quality. Will have to find another now for effects!

I love the app it’s the best for cute little vintage photos! I enjoy using it during cute little moments outside and it’s in general cute but my only dislike about the app is you cannot import the photos without paying for exclusive or whatever it is called but other wise i love this app!

I really enjoyed this app. It gives you a very nostalgic feeling and all of the photos that you take - they come out pretty good quality as well. Very similar to a disposable Fujifilm that you would have the film processed, but only there’s no negative photos you can just retake them and have them available at your fingertips. Very good app✨✨✨✨✨

Used to be so good and the only vintage effect editor I would use, but recently get removed the option to import your photos to create the effect which I’m unsure why you would go backwards like this as an app but uninstalling now and moving onto another
great app but…
been using the app for years and in that time it’s served me really well. I love the aesthetic, the filter, and the fact it’s like the old days of using a disposable camera. The only issue I have is that it seems no matter how many photos I delete and remove from my bin it still takes up a big chunk of space on my device. The app size is fine but the documents and data never seems to go down for me :(. I removed over 200+ photos and yet it didn’t go down in size ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Is this a bug? Or do I need to delete the entire app I install it again?

This app is AWFUL. It takes good edits but it said to import your own photos and edit pay 99p. So I did and then there is no way of being able to do this because you cannot press anything it glitches on the same page, I’ve tried restarting it several times!!!
