What people like

- Smooth purchase process after login works
What they complain about
- Won't send verification codes to non-Taiwan numbers
- Login issues and broken password reset options
- Search is useless and mostly untranslated
Language Translation
There's an option for English. But only few words are being translated. 90% of it are still in Chinese. We had to use Google translate which doesn't have a guarantee if it will translate them correctly. Thanks
App
App

Phone number cannot be verified
I never got the message. How can i verified my phone numbers and book my slot? The event is ending soon
I don’t know what to do
I need to create and verify an account for a concert in Macau. However, the app will not verify a phone number that is not Taiwan (not even Macau number) even though a bunch of countries are listed. I tried calling customer service 100+ times but no one would pick up. I am so sad that the artist I am looking forward to went to this event organizer😭
Cannot login in the app
Any method to solve this issues ?
Reset password token is invalid
I cannot login and tried the ‘forgot password’ option, I followed every step and it told me ‘reset password token is invalid’.
Concert ticketing
Smooth ticket purchase process, glad you can preserve a ticket for 10 mins on hold to finish your transactions. Further improvement would be appreciated if we could choose/ get a preview of our seats in the venue so we know where exactly we sit instead of the area assigned.
2018 Shinhwa Concert
I like the auto-assigned the best seat system; and also the time the system allows us to hold is reasonable.
No Apple pay support.
Can’t pay using Apple pay so still need to key in CC details...
Love it
The best ticketing app
Trouble with Registration and Log In
I’m trying to sign up to purchase tickets for an event when I visit but it won’t seem to send the code to my phone even though my country is listed. Please fix.
Really hard to find shows
Searching interface is nearly useless. It’s even not possible to find by artist name.
I need to verify my phone number (USA based)
In your drop down menu, USA is listed as a country to verify phone number. I entered my number and waited 300 seconds and still haven’t received my verification code. Does this app work outside of Macau or Hong Kong?
