Dis fonctionnement
J’ai téléchargé récemment l’application. Trop heureux d’avoir cette nouvelle version regroupant les 3 domaines. Hélas, j’ai du désinstaller à plusieurs fois l’application pour pouvoir récupérer certaines fonctionnalités de l’appli, et aussi mes infos. Messieurs les développeurs, est il possible de créer ce petit problème de bug !! Sinon, rien à dire, quand elle fonctionne correctement … voilà le comment du pourquoi de ma note ornée d’étoiles, un 3 / 5 … allez messieurs, un p’ti effort ;))

A app tem um bug. Passado alguns dias de instalar e utilizar a aplicação, aparece um ecrã que diz “no more shortcuts available”, sendo que a app deixa de funcionar, por não me deixar voltar a selecionar nenhum resort. A única solução é reinstalar a aplicação.
Impossible d'acheter un forfait en ligne
L'application est bien mais impossible d'acheter un forfait en ligne. Que se soit grand vallira ou Pal Arinsal. A quand une mise à jour ?

Poor app
There are no weather forecast available in the app just for the current day which is not that useful. Hard to navigate and find relevant information such as pistmap, weather and open/closed slopes.

Crashes during photo upload
App seems good at first glance but every time I try to upload a profile photo it freezes. This is fine initially as it saves my data anyway. But when trying to add a companion under Skipass+ it’s useless as data is lost each time it crashes. Oh, and the language defaults back to Spanish every time. So for me, I simply can’t use it. This on iOS 15.6.1.

Not very useful for booking or information
Was looking into making a reservation for a ski trip. Tried looking online for information but it wants me to download the app. Raves about how everything could be done from the app. Download the app and it redirects me to a webpage. Seriously? App doesn’t appear to be very useful in general. Maybe for weather reports.
It works ok, but critical information is not immediately obvious
The information that most people actually want on a daily basis is detail such as which chairlifts are open, and which pistes are working ... the App provides this information but not clearly or obviously. I would like to see such information on the opening screen, not hidden behind sub-menus. I accept that my issue may be considered a little extreme, because we are staying in Canillo, Andorra which only has one major chairlift called Portella to connect you to the wider mountain range. Today, Portella was shut even though the App said 5/6 were open. If I had dug a little deeper into the App, I would have seen that Portella was shut, which basically meant that Canillo was inaccessible. Please update the App so that critical information like this is immediately obvious. Thanks.

Can’t access my bookings made directly on the Soldeu website, I only see the bookings made on Gran Valira. I would expect this app to enable access to bookings made on any of the resorts that are part of the GV domain. Also when I tried to click on App Support it directed me to a webpage with an error message: this needs to get fixed.

L’appli apporte des informations intéressantes mais certains services manquent. Il faudrait pouvoir acheter ses forfaits en lignes et les imprimer chez soi ou passer par une borne en 24/24. Le même type de service devrait être possible pour les cours de ski.

Intéressant mais les plans des pistes sont parfois difficiles à lire. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de plan par secteur. Si non, marche tres bien et l'enregistrement des kilomètres skié s'est super !
