My cat loves the game, but after two or three seconds, he always manages to flip screens because of his way of swiping. I wish it had a lock screen option

KEEPS MY CATS INTEREST
My cat is an 8y old female who I rescued at 2w old. I taught her to hunt real mice via toy ones. This proved effective when she caught 2 live ones in our new apartment. I decided to see if something besides a laser pointer would hold her interest. This game does. Teaching an 8y old feline to play a virtual game requires patience and rewards be it verbal or treats. At first she’d watch me tap the screen and listen to the mice squeak but tried to follow the them under either my iPhone or iPad. Bast would then try to scent them so I added a little catnip to the screen. That produced nose bumps to the mice. That got us to over 10 hits. I tilted it up to a 45’ angle and the paw started hitting the mice. She’ll watch and play for about 5’-10’ minutes depending on street noises or my motion. I found if I left the room she bopped the mice more frequently with higher scores. Now if I’m not using the iPad she signals she wants the game on by sliding her front paws under the device while trying to lift the cover. I just hope this doesn’t start in the middle of the night lol! 🙀 She sometimes just watches the screen but is fully engaged with her body language mirroring screen activity. I think the younger the cat the more interactive and interested they’d be but I’m impressed she interacts with it engaging my 8y old kitty. The only other virtual image she loves is from the first Avatar movie when the ‘birds’ flutter through the forest. No one believed me until I videoed it. I’m glad to see game developers noticed similar behavior in our feline friends and acted on it. Since she’s started playing this Bast has stopped hiding my cell phone-kudos and thanks to the developers! 😺😸😺
Couldn’t open the game
Great game for the first little while cats loved it. Then when I closed out the game then tried to come back it froze at 100% every time and I had to reinstall the game to open only once
Wonderful
This app is wonderful my cat loves too play it although I have tested this app on many cats and there are some cats that don’t like the game but it all really depends on the cat. The thing keeping this from getting a 5 is that I can’t really customize or edit the way it’s played.
Fix it
My cat loved this game, but all of a sudden it stopped working no sound. I tried restarting my phone resetting the app un downloading it and then re-downloading it.
Didn’t amuse my cat
So when I first got into the game my cat loved it but now he doesn’t want anything to do with it so can you please give more put more stuff into the game
Great game. Volume goes out
My one cat goes crazy over this game but gets stressed out when there’s no volume because it goes out all the time so I have to keep restarting it and have her play it again. Is there any possible way you can fix the volume from going out? Thank you.

No advertisements
The mouse goes where the screen is touched. Game frequently breaks, needs restarts & by then the cat is bored. Doesn’t take long to glitch & nothing fixes it.
Update?
Not sure what’s going on. It’s a good game, my cats really like it, but all of a sudden it has no sound. Not sure if maybe there was an update that messed up the sound?
You can teach an old cat new games
My cat is 16. She is too old for nonsense and lets you know it. We have so many unappreciated toys from things I saw online. She thinks I’m ridiculous with that flapping bird. Then I gave her the mouse game on the iPad. She’s never really interacted with the iPad, just watched some bird YouTube videos. At first it was overstimulating and the mouse going off the edge of the screen gave her like kitty anxiety because she kept trying to dig under the iPad for it. I changed it in settings to one mouse, slow, and can’t exit the screen. Now she’s a little iPad kid. If I sit on the couch and hold my iPad in my hand she’s decided that means it time for her game. Each session only lasts a few minutes because she’s old and gets tired and overstimulated easy, but it feels like this is the most excited she’s been in a while. I love watching her expend a little more energy and play.
Broke after I paid for full version
I purchased the full version for my cat and now no mice will come on the screen no matter what setting I change. Developers please fix this for me.
Scratch marks
This game is fun of all but instead of my cat scratching the mouse he scratches me .. Ouch it stings :(
confused
why is it all of a sudden asking me for a card? decided to redownload this game after not having it from my previous cat passing and wanted to share it with my new cat just to attempt to redownloaded it and it’s now asking for my card information?..
No sound
Used to work great. Purchased the full version. Now the sound does not work. Checked other devices to verify that it was not just my 1 device or ios. Wish they would patch it, but its been 9 months since an update so I recommend anyone thinking of downloading or buying to wait until this is fixed. ***UPDATE: figured it out - iPad was set to silent which has to be turned on/off in control center. I used to be able to adjust the volume like any other app, but now it’s tied to ringer volume AND you have to make sure you are not on silent. Upgrading from 1 star but keeping it at 3 - volume control would ideally mirror every other app and be separate from ringer/notification control.

My cat didn’t even play with it. All she did is look at it and when I pressed it, she didn’t do anything. She just left and I put it in front of her and she didn’t do anything either.
Mouse for cats
This is a very good game and my cat does love it when he was able use it. Unfortunately I can’t afford to pay for the app so he can’t play it with sound anymore. Without the sound he’s not interested.
No sound
My cat loves to play it on my ipad, but not my iphone. For some reason, the sound doesn’t work on it. The squeak keeps him interested. I clicked Menu, and made sure “squeak” was selected, so it isn’t that.
It was amazing but will no longer work on older model IPads
My 10- year old cat loved this app. He played for hours. We dedicated an old IPad to his play and left it on all the time. That was the best aspect to the game for us. He could always play when he wanted to. We wiped the IPad of everything but this game and recommended it to everyone. But our old IPad had to be restored and the old app we were using was wiped out. The Apple folks updated our 2012!! Gen 3 to OS 9 and we can’t run the app anymore. We can’t spend hundreds if dollars for a new IPad just for the cat. I suspect I am not alone in turning over an old IPad to a pet. Can we get an older version back?

I was really excited to see him engaging so well with is he passed so many levels in just 7 minutes and he was really glued and happy, I give this a 10/10 and I 100% recommend this app for kittens who have short attention spans like min once again thank you

My cats absolutely love this app, however I wish there was a way to “lock” the app. My cats get going and all of a sudden they’re sending emails and starting zoom calls! Great app, just wish I could keep it ON THE APP, once they get going. Thank you :)
Adds cover content
My cat likes the game but I can’t make selections of different mice because the ads cover the content. I have sent this feed back to Google multiple times however nothing ever improves. It’s like the ap has been abandoned. It’s quite frustrating.
Needs to trigger prey drive a bit better
If the mice held off screen for a bit longer. Cats get curious when they can’t see something for awhile.

My kitten absolutely loves this game so much, but I’m sure she’d enjoy it even more if the mouse squeaked. It used to do so, but since downloading the game on my new iPad, it doesn’t. Yes, I have the sound enabled.

I downloaded this game for my cat and it no longer makes noises it’s quite. I tried it on different things like tablet and phones and my iPad it don’t work no noise. My cat isn’t liking the game cause it don’t make a sound for her.

This game was absolutely great then randomly the sound didn’t work, thought it was the iPad but no, the game doesn’t make sound anymore. I have a new iPad and it takes about ten tries to get inas it crashes in title screen, if you get to the start - more crashes…once you break in the cat LOVES it!! Please fix! If it didn’t crash so much it would be five stars for sure!
