WTH?
Every time I complete the game I have to delete my progress to play the game again. THAT erases my purchase of “no more ads”. So in order to play this game more than once, I have to repurchase that feature EVERY TIME. I enjoy this game but am really sick of being ripped off. Way to screw the people who entrust you with their money.
Love this game
I absolutely love Rainbow Web and was so happy to find it for my iPad! The only drawback was the in app purchases. Otherwise a full 5 stars. I wish I could find 1 and 2 for the iPad.

How do you stop these terrible ads that keep coming on never used to be this bad

I have played this game for years and it a favorite of mine but with all these adds it has become a huge menace!! I suggested you listen to your people on here and take in consideration how us players feel. I would pay $10.00 for not having any adds, I bet others would too. You would make money and get more subscribers instead of pissing people off. Hope you fix it.
Not fun since changed format
Since this format was changed so that you have to “pay” now to get through it, I don’t play it anymore. I used to play it every single day, it was so much fun. I was told they were going to fix it so that if you paid for it before, it would be made to be able to play for free, but has not been done in months! I even still have my old 3g phone that I have the original Rainbow Web on, so I can still play it! S
Not happy
At one time, I was able to pay $2.99 for no ads. When I deleted my profile to start over, I lost my “no ads” status. Paying for no ads is no longer an option. Now I have to watch an ad after every level. I am annoyed enough to delete the app. It’s too bad, because this was once my favorite game.
Fun game
I just wished there was more levels since I paid for it I thought there would be another section to go to. And there wasn’t and that was disappointing.
So long rainbow web III
This was a great game but now the developer has started inserting ads in EVERY play. You can’t even see how many points you won in the level until you watch an ad. I would gladly pay for no ads in a one time fee but the game has been ruined. Also, other than the ads the game hasn’t been updated in years. Don’t waste your time.
Glitch
I’ve been playing for years but recently a glitch happens. I can download the game and play but if I close it and come back it won’t open fully just opening screen and then it’s gone. Running on a 4 yr old iPad

The final section was a bit of a bear ... but I got it eventually. I danced for joy when I did. Ready to start anew!
Loved this Game
I love this game so much. Originally I would give it 5 stars. I have been playing off and on for about 16 years. Now, when I open the game it immediately shuts down and I can’t play at all. I have tried deleting it and reopening it and it just doesn’t open. Until it is fixed, reluctantly, I’m giving it 1 star.

I wish there was a way to restart and play from beginning.. and rediscover all over again and rebuild this town.

I’m almost finished playing this game and all of a sudden now they want to charge me $4.99 to finish playing it.How do you offer a game for free and then 3/4 the way through you want money So that I can finish the game. That is a total rip off.
Love game but buying crystals not working
Love this game fun and challenging have tried to buy crystals , money was taken from my bank three times and no crystals, please can you help
Number of moves seems low for some puzzles
Been playing for years through a few iterations of the game. Limiting the number of moves for each puzzle adds a layer of complexity and makes you plan your moves more but I find a few puzzles a bit stingy with the allowed moves. I think a casual setting without limited moves would be nice for those occasions when I just want a casual distraction. I always play on my phone and find that the small screen makes it difficult to find the broken pieces in the pictures between levels.
Used to be a fan
Purchased this almost 10 years ago if not longer. The original iteration of this game that is. Loading the game up only disgusts me now. The Game as it is now as simply a cash grab. I remember working on levels later in the game that took almost 40 minutes to complete because the certain color that you need to make a match would just never come up. And now they added limited moves so there’s some levels that would take forever to complete because you’ll never beat them in 25 or less or whatever the amount of moves you’re allowed to use. Unless you use power ups and power ups cost money once you run out. It’s sad really because this is a good game but greed ruined it. The game I paid for over a decade ago has been changed and is now worthless to me, thanks developer.
Challenging But Fun Until The End
I really enjoyed this game until I got to the Spider's cavern, when I could only get one or two of the mirrors. I want to thank the person who suggested Goggling You Tube for the answers, I will be trying that for sure. Clever game and great on iPad!
Disappointment abounds!
I played this game, really enjoyed it, was looking forward to new levels, finally beat the Spider just to find out that was it, no new levels, this is a bunch of poop!
No support
I loved this game. Yesterday I bought a 24 hr pass and lots of extra stuff. Today I completed the spider not knowing it was last screen. Id gladly replay earlier screens but doing so will delete all my in game purchases. There is no in game support link. The link in the ap store takes you to “page not found” developers name takes you to screen to purchase more games . I want my money back or screens to play. I have 0 ver 12 hours left on my purchased pass.

PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!! Either put up a new paid version or refund my original purchase! It’s simply unplayable now. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Forced ads on every single play. Wth?! WHAT A WASTE OF A BEAUTIFUL GAME. I’ve been playing since the original Rainbow Web was released. What happened to this game??? I’ve been playing it for years and all of a sudden it’s a completely different game! It’s horrible! What happened to the app I paid for previously? I loved this game the way it used to be. I love all aspects of this game except trying to win agains the puzzle cavern games! The first 3 or 4 were okay and I did win those without any help but the rest were impossible so I googled and found the answers there. The people who write these games should put a 'Help' link in the game as it would keep people playing.

Great game but...
...this game constantly freezes between levels. At first I thought it was just a longer than usual pause between scenes, but after a good solid minute and constant tapping to move forward, I quit the app then restarted. That seems to be the trick, but it’s pretty irritating. I hope the developer actually reads the reviews and fixes the problem. I had this app a while ago, deleted it but recently reinstalled. Overall great game, just PLEASE fix the constant freezing of the app!

I bought this game 4 years ago. I have played it hundreds of times. No in app purchases, the game was mine, bought and paid for like old PC games. I loved it. Then today I find my Rainbow Web has turned into a purchase to play in app game! I am furious! I bought a full version game that I could play off or online, with nothing to buy to complete the level besides just good game play! How dare you! I will never buy another game from these developers and will advise my friends not to! Bad idea, crooks!
Broken
App is broken. The cavern stops working and there is NO APP SUPPORT because the link sends users to a 404 error page. Don’t bother with this one.

Frustration!
While I like this game, it is beyond frustrated to not have the 'hints' working, while being stuck at a certain level and not being able to 'complete the task'!!! Not sure what to,do, except go find a similar game.....!😏
Frustrated
Completed all the levels, but one. Didn’t mind purchasing the extra components, but at the end, the puzzle was difficult to master, purchased clues....but couldn’t get them to help. I deleted the game. I love Rainbow Web.
Great game
I really like this game-I’m glad that it isn’t timed so it gives you time to plan strategy.
Ruined
I’ve played this game for years, but the newest update ruined it. It won’t go past a certain point anymore. I can’t even get to the next step, it just continues to play the same board over and over, and only adds up points, I can’t even redeem them for anything anymore.

Could rainbow web 2 be brought back. I love all of the rainbow webs. But the second is my favorite. I really miss it. I have emailed the developer and not had any respose. Please bring back rainbow web 2. The third is still not bad. Pretty good game.

Beautiful graphics & challenging game!
Hours and hours of fun with beautiful graphics and challenging puzzles. fun for adults and children. I have loved this game ever since I found it long ago on bigfishgames. When I got a different phone, I was no longer able to play it. I kept searching and searching for it to be compatible with my phone and finally gave up. About three months ago, something told me to look it up again and here it is! I’m very happy and purchased the full edition just now. Thank you very much to the developers at sugargames.com for keeping the game current for iPhones!!!
You’ve ruined the game
The player should be able to choose whichever tool he wants to use to get out of a situation. But the game only allows you to either choose to eliminate all colors or clear the board it’s not fair you should be able to choose put all three up there with the hammer and let the person choose which one they want to use. The odds are you’d make more money

Liked game but not enough levels
I would have given this game 5 stars but couldn't believe it ended after so few levels and it was not free. The game should have many more levels for the having to pay to play.

I enjoy playing this game but it would be better if you could change to different names to play, I have to delete then reload to replay it, can anything be done. Also sometimes you cannot get the parts of the puzzle you can find them but not click on them
Blacksmith!!!
Good game if it would work properly! Played it through once - fine... Tried to play it again and it won't continue past the Blacksmith even though that level is complete. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times but still the problem exists... PLEASE SORT THIS! If the game worked properly I would have given it more stars. Also it would be great if Rainbow Web 1 and 2 were available for iPad.
Beautiful Game but it's a Crasher
I have loved this game so far but I do have to warn people it crashes a lot. Love the graphics and the pretty medieval music but every time I finished a level it crashes and goes back to my iPad home page. I have read other reviews and everyone seems to have the same problem and does not seem to be resolved. Please do play it but be warned it might do the same.

good game but why are there only five of one colour in the cave it won't work out. Has anyone solved it?. Ignore that did it in the end, once my brain got into gear, and now finished it , enjoyed it.
