DK is printing money…with so many games/bettors and so light on the lower tier prize values. Open your wallets, ya filthy animals. Also, you still need a losers pool. Teams made with players who play in at least one recorded play. The bettor with the lowest score wins.
DK has become very greedy
Great platform, best DFS platform period but has become unreliable and very greedy. Reduced many promos and have moved me to play mote than ever on fanduel.

I was a consistent bettor for years before they started lowering my deposits limit for no reason. Their support team ghosted me. Because of this I lost out on thousands of potential winnings. I have receipts too after providing them with more than enough information to increase my limit, they went silent. Beware if you are actually a good bettor, do not use this platform because they will do everything they can to limit how much you play/win.
Need better editing of duplicate lineups
Sometimes I have duplicate lineups entered in the same game by accident, but when I try to edit it, it groups them all together. So any changes I make to the lineup will affect all the other lineups and still be duplicates. I need a way to just edit the one duplicate entry that I clicked on without having to scroll through each lineup to find it.
Freezes Often
Always loved the DraftKings app and service. However, in the last year quality has been sub-optimal. It freezes multiple times every day and needs to be killed and restarted. This was true on my old iPhone 12 and now on my new iPhone 16. It’s very irritating.

Have used DraftKings for years and always had positive experiences with them. As of late they continue to send pop ups asking to opt into promotions that I have already used… essentially trying to dupe users into depositing more money. Lazy dev work, shady practices and horrific customer support plague what was once a great product.

Why is it so hard to withdraw your winnings, but it’s very simple to make a deposit?

The final straw?
I’ve been a long time user of DraftKings fantasy sports ever since 2019. Over my career on DraftKings I’ve cashed out around $40,000 and I’ve spent around 20,000 making my overall profit still at 20,000. That being said the amount of greed and stupidity I’ve seen from the DraftKings organization is enormous. Truly, if the minimum deposit is no longer five dollars than it is the straw that will break the camels back for me and I will no longer be using DraftKings.

Proposed Changes
There are times when the goalie is not confirmed until after the deadline. Instead of selecting the goalie, maybe we should be selecting the Team instead. Then that would prevent selecting a goalie that is not even starting. And today, Dahlia scored a goal and I was only awarded 8.5 for the goal. I was not given the 1.5 for the SOG.

No live support.
They don’t have any live support which is absurd. You have to talk to their AI bot and then after explaining whatever issue you have they create a ticket and you have to wait for a response.

Terrible app
Terrible app that constantly freezes and has delays. It’ll show I’m multiple picks away, then all of a sudden it shows I have 2 seconds to make a pick. It’s annoying. Do better Draftkings
