Voice recorder
Amazing app. Very useful and convenient. Kudos to the developers.
Where is my recording
What happened to the recording! The name is there but no voice! This is unacceptable!
Optional
😂
Inappropriate ads
The record and playback functions work well. To get a text transcript, you have to pay a fee. The biggest issue is playback shows inappropriate ads with scantily clad people. No other app or browser gives me these types of ads, because I stay away from that type of content. There is no way to say I don’t like this type of ad, or this ad is offensive. For this reason, I’m going elsewhere for a recorder
Lost Recordings
Many times I have sent a recording to someone only for it to be a recording from the previous week. Now, today’s recording has just disappeared. Frustrating.
Free
It’s free for basic recordings.
No longer works
I have been using this app for many years and always loved it until recently. Now, it’s filled with ads and the recordings will not pick up voices at all. It’s not my device because every other app can pick up voice.
A s a good m@8)6
Me Or no ppl pop w
Glitchy editing
This records fine but you’re better off using the free recorder with the iPhone memo. Try trimming a recording in this app and it will randomly edit the recording rather than what you have selected. Straight up garbage
Editing issues
Recording function is pretty good but it doesn’t all to edit and save. Some bug they need to fix
Great app and easy to use
This is a great recorder app with a nice look that reminds you of old tape recorders that you can see in old movies. Saving and organizing files is so east and efficient too.
Pornography
Love the app. Simple to use. Will be looking for something else. The app allows pornographic adds to display on screen while using the app. I will not tolerate.
Simplicity
At 94, Information overload. Is…..
Not reliable
I am finding that after a few months of using this, it is not reliable to transfer the files. There seems to be more and more Bugs.
okay, buggy
first of all i purchased this app a while ago and use it from time to time. even though it was purchased i see outside ads and ads that say to get rid of the add i just need to pay $4.99 a month. you get other apps too for that price but i didn’t buy and dont want the other apps, so its $60/year to get rid of the ads for one recording app. also, several times i’ve made a recording and it sort of disappears. did one for 10 min yesterday but only said 10 sec recorded though it would somehow play. this morning it shows the correct length. frustrating when worried about whether you got the audio or not.
Good
Good yes
Sexual Ads
Love this app, but hate the ads. They are very sexualized and it’s disturbing.
Christian & Hazel 1st Recoding
Excellent.
Restricting for no reason
I conduct business and record calls at times for notetaking and summary this app consistently guards what it will and will not do example. I just had a call where I’m talking about mining and minerals. I wanted to summarize the call and it told me it could not do it because it’s talking about mining and minerals, which is ridiculous. This is just one example. I would advise to stay away from this app and I requesting my money back because it’s useless at this point.
The icon looks the same . . .
But this app just isn’t as good as I remember. To be fair it’s been a couple of years since I’ve used it and it’s been a couple of iPhones ago but when I tried to use it today it was buggy, it was full of ads, it was not a great experience.
Good recorder for work and to help remember things
Best video tape recorder for phones the pause and continue action is what I fell in love with best app for anything I’m using it to remember directions to take
Naur
it’s literally just porn 😒
Love the app
Please bring back the 1.25x speed
Bug fixes
I love this app but I keep getting a notification that says “no speech detected” and I genuinely don’t know what to do.
Don’t upgrade
Upgraded to paid version to transcribe my recording. The app crashes every time I try to use the function lol. Free version is good, no complaints there.
Sound
Great
Useless
The audio cuts out randomly seemingly and all the time
Very good app
Easy to record
Won’t download based all the bad reviews
Clearly this WAS a good app. Reviews were good years ago but now it’s all negative, glitchy, losing recordings etc, so great as it initially sounded I’m not going to waste my money. Why don’t these app firms monitor reviews?
Used to love it but deleting recordings now
This app has been my go to for band practice and workshops so I can play back. The trim was the only disappointment as you only got one shot then yes you lose the counter. I lost all my files when my phone became damaged and had to buy a new one so I lost year’s worth of tracks. After downloading it again I find there is less functionality and now merely changing a recording name deletes the content. I can’t risk losing my files so now I will look to copy or back them up. I’m considering transferring the files to another editor. These issues are a shame as I’ve loved this app up until these changes
This app is pretty dang helpful I’m glad I picked it
I am a musician and I need to save recordings to prepare others. So I can set my phone down and record set. This app is very easy to use even though I am bad with tech. I give five star because it is easy to send and just very handy whether I want to listen send or whatever else I do. Have a nice day.
Used to be the only iOS app
Now it's crashing with too many features
Hanuman song
Very good
Great app, but...
It does everything I need, but I can't use it in front of my students due to the porn ads that appear on the app. if there's a way to make them disappear, I haven't found it. I know you need money - let us pay for it, don't sell your souls to porn.
Delete not working
Today I tried to delete few selected records, but delete did not work after select.
Just in love 💕💕
Recommend 💯 excellentttttttttt 💕💕💕 justo lo que estaba buscando.
Switched on me
I bought your app then reset my phone recently. Now you want me to pay again to remove ads.
Good but not brillant!
Does not fully download transcript! But otherwise works great!
Problem in accessing my recordings
I am shocked and frustrated as suddenly I am not able to access my recordings saved on voice recorder app. Can’t even transfer the files to my desktop. It shows files and space taken by the recordings on my app. Please assist asap
☹️
I can’t get my previous records back. I downloaded the app back in 2018-2019 but when I got a new iPhone, I was unable to see the previous records. Is there anything I can do to get them back?
Back to Basics
Very easy to use, and figure out. Hit record, hit save, and label just like back in the day! I love it. Not too complicated. Fits my needs for taping thirty minute talks, sometimes even longer convention notes. Sound is great. Highly recommend.
Beware of your recording automatically disappearing!!
I am extremely disappointed in this product. I first had a 5 day free trial and then was automatically charged for a monthly subscription. I would not have minded that except that a very important 3 hour recording was automatically deleted. I send two emails to customer support and never heard back. I’d give them a zero rating if I could.
Not as good as it used to be
Simplicity is a virtue. They’ve obviously put some new AI technology in this and it makes decisions about where it puts stuff. I’ve been using this for years and it was great, but now all of a sudden recordings disappear and then they reappear later. It should just leave everything in the order that it was recorded. I use it for recording music and I quite often do multiple takes. I’m not sure what the purpose of the AI would be anyway. I just preferred it before when it was like an old-fashioned tape recorder.
How to delete tracks
I am unable to find the details button to delete recorded tracks
Help. Unable to delete a file
I want to delete some audio files, but I can not see a delete button anywhere. I also do not know where is it saved. I can not name the recording. Please help. App doesn’t start immediately. Error message comes consistently.
Extremely valuable tool
Voice Recorder has become a very valuable part of my day. Help me keep my thoughts together and on point with my business. I highly recommend that you download it and most importantly use it.
Support needed
I upgraded to include transcription. One of my files (EPPP) has 8 folders in it. Each folder had multiple recordings. Three recordings in one of the folders have been transcribed. ALL of the recordings and transcriptions in this file have been deleted. I have other, multiple files with multiple recordings none of which have been deleted. I’m not sure what has happened but am needing this content to be recovered. I was unable to send the email thru the app and when tried to send via the website, received an error message. ------ App: Voice Recorder 6.0.43 Device: iPhone15,3 (26.5) Locale: en_US iCloud: YES Free: 3.4 GB Files: 136
The audio trimmer no longer works on my iPhone 13 please fix
The audio trimmer no longer works on my iPhone 13 please fix
Missing recordings
All my previous recordings are gone I don’t know how and where!! I didn’t do anything. The entire folder is empty now with 0 files.
Lost a recording
Hi I am not able to find a audio which I had saved. The support option is not working. Can I get a contact information or email id which can help to share my grievance.
