Waste of money
Needs a subscription to play. Simply not fun enough to warrant paying per month. This subscription based model for gaming is ridiculous and if we all collectively don’t pay, then the company gets to die like it should.

I loved this game. I played the entirety of it and had a blast doing so. The only thing that sucks is there’s not that many levels and you need a subscription to play. You download the game for free but once you open it there’s no way to play without paying. You can easily beat the game with the 30 day free trial but still. Unnecessarily charging people to play

Consider alternatives
Another game I paid for has become a subscription leech, rather than complain, I would recommend a few similarly priced games which provide similar or better entertainment value. Downwell is pretty good, it’s like $2. Poinpy is pay what you want, also really good. Scourge Bringer, like three bucks; fantastic game. That’s off the top of my head. Those games are apparently profitable enough to persist on the app store without requiring a subscription or micro-transactions. See what you think.
Good but needs editing
This is a very good game but you cannot play any longer than 1 hour without paying for a subscription. I recommend fixing this HalfBrick Studios or I will be deleting the app when you don’t.

It’s been 11 years since I played this glorious game and to my surprise there is nothing new other than a subscription to play. Not even any new features or weapons. Was there no plan to add more content to one of your fan favorite games after the release all those years ago? I would just like to know if there is any plans for new content in the future.

I LOVE this game so much! It's literally the best destroying game I've ever played! You just simply drag the parts floating around to the body and match the color e.g.red and yellow to get an orange body part to make it stronger! There's nothing to worry about and you don't have to come back and check in every day you just play it whenever you want!
An amazing free game now locked behind a paywall
I used to play this game whenever I was either bored or sad. But seeing how it’s now locked behind a depressing Paywall shows that they only care about themselves and not the people. Review bomb the game and demand the game to be fully playable and not locked behind a paywall!

I’m saddened
I love this game but now having to pay to play this game is so sad. I could maybe see buying the subscription if you had more games, but now I’m just done here. If there were ads between levels like in jet pack joyride, or a paid license to remove ads like in Dan the man, I would love, and play this game again, like I used to
Subscribe for something I already bought
I remember getting this back in the day and paying for it (I want to say a buck or two). Now I went to show it to my kids because I thought they’d enjoy it, and apparently I need to sub to play a game I already bought outright? Surely there has to be a fix for this.

Not worth the price
This game was only 1 dollar at launch, and has been that way for over a decade. For only one dollar, it was amazing, more than worth it, I bought it and I’d play it all the time. But now, you’re forced to subscribe to Halfbrick+ (more like Half-Baked Pus), which is a monthly paid service. Colossatron has not received any content updates in YEARS, and now Halfbrick is asking for monthly payment to play it. At this point, just get an emulator and pirate an older version, the ONLY thing you’d be missing out on is being nickel-and-dimed by a greedy company.

This IS a good game. It's fun to see all the destruction but maybe there could be more levels and weapons. It's good but not great.

A great way to get through a rainy Sunday afternoon. Very humorous & entertaining from start to finish. Thanks developers! The only drawback is the lack of immediate replayability, but give it a few weeks before rampaging again & it'll feel fresh & intensely fun again. Go on, give it a go - you know you want to!

Great game, could use some polishing
The game is great and all but you could have more levels and it repeats itself add some more challenge and difficulty give us more control over the snake and what's with the premium currency I paid for the game I don't want to pay more money so please make an update and make it a lot better.

I had this amazing game downloaded on my phone 12 years ago. Why on earth do I have to pay a subscription to pay it now? Actually disgusting.

I had this game on my iPod years ago and had a blast with it! I just recently got the urge to play it again and I downloaded it only to be disappointed because Halfbrick switched to a subscription model. I would totally be willing to pay something like $1.99 or even $2.99 one time to buy the game cause it was that fun but there is no way on earth I’m spending money each month for a phone game it’s just not worth that much. Such a shame.

How to Reset?
Hi love the game I thinks it's awesome blowing up stuff and how there's changing weapon types but I've made some bad choices in the game and it's getting boring and i don't know how to reset the game because there's nothing in the settings and I tried deleting the game and downloading it again but it saves the progress please add a reset button or someway to reset the game please anyway hope you read this and great great game up the good work:)
Subscription based game now?
I paid for the original version of the game and was super sad when I couldn’t find it again after awhile. When it came back for a straight two weeks I played the game almost nonstop before getting told to pay a subscription. I already bought the game once why should I have to pay a monthly fee to keep playing?
Good
Good but some things need to be better thought out. For instance level 7-2...what the heck is this 'military base' that we're supposed to attack? There are no target signs pointing to them and yet I'm somehow supposed to destroy 12 of them? I'm stuck on this level wandering in circles trying to find these dumb base things. The one time I beat it the game decides to go and sync to iCloud and erase all progress. Go figure. Also the prisms are way too hard to obtain without paying real cash. Upgrades can only be made in prisms so it's not like you can actually upgrade anything in the game without digging into your pockets. Overall a refreshing and unique game though.
Premium Game ☹️
I got this game, I believe shortly after Launch and it was an Awesome game. However it has gone down hill… The subscription service is not worth the money, I love this game, but if I am paying $5/month for just this game it makes 0 sense. Honestly hoping it gets abandoned again, because at least I’ll be able to play it again 😭
Great until you get to Prestige.
First of all. Your game isn't Diablo, it's not that replayable. Secondly, if you're going to get people to do the same 7 worlds again and again YOU SHOULD LET THEM SKIP THE OPENING THE SECOND TIME. Deleted the game once I realised I'd have to sit through the opening again.

This game used to be so fun, i played it when it came out. Now i come back to play only to realize that i cant play without a subscription. Nice simple game
My 9 year old love this game. I find it a to simple game but time will tell as only up to level 3.
Boring & easy
No real control over the snake, it automatically kills everything in its path. Only input from the user is to upgrade its guns/armour. Unchallenging and repetitive.
Fun game...
...but need to fix the issue where you spend currency to repair, reconfig etc, colossatron and if the phone auto-locks or you receive a call, when you return to the game you lose that currency yet colossatron is back to the way it was before spending. It's happened twice and I've lost big credits with no upgrades saved. Major put off in playing this game. Fix it and I'll give it a 5
