The store shows a different set in every country

Description

A deckbuilding table where every exchange resolves itself.

You draft a queue of engraved tiles before anything begins. Between eight and sixteen faces, chosen from the full catalogue and placed in the exact order they will meet the table. Once the first face turns, nothing can be adjusted. The numerals settle it.

Four lineages, one table.

Strike faces carry high forward numerals and thin holding numerals, winning open exchanges and folding against a wall. Bulwark faces are the reverse, built to absorb pressure and outlast. Gale inserts rarely win anything outright, instead rotating an opposing face to the rear, warding the next friendly face with a lasting aura, or lancing through at the cost of themselves. A single sealed relic ignores lineage entirely, removes one opposing face, and rejoins the queue.

Three ways to read the same build.

The expedition ladder offers nine fixed tables in ascending order, each stating its leaning before you sit down, so a manuscript can be tuned against a known shape. The spiral run opens with nothing assembled and hands you offerings of cut faces between every table, rewarding you for reading what the queue still lacks. The perpetual carousel runs endless waves and carries only the faces that survived the last one. A daily trial table is generated from the calendar date and can be settled once per day.

Watch it, or step through it.

Run a table at three different speeds, or advance one exchange at a time and read the ledger line explaining exactly why a face was lost. Restoration sigils lift a retired face back to the front of your queue once per table. Draw warrants widen a carried queue. Reallocation talismans recut an offering that fits nothing.

Manuscripts, ledger entries, ladder progress, carried provisions and reverse face patterns are stored on the device. No timer runs anywhere and nothing expires while you think, so a single table fits into a spare few minutes and a longer sitting is entirely your choice.
