WBGT: Heat Index Safety Tool shows the Wet Bulb Globe Temperature (WBGT) for your location, the heat-stress measure used by athletic trainers, the military, aviation, and workplace safety programs. Unlike a plain "feels like" number, WBGT combines temperature, humidity, wind, and direct sunlight to reflect the real strain heat puts on your body outdoors.

HOW IT WORKS
WBGT is estimated from local weather (temperature, humidity, wind, solar radiation, and pressure) using the scientific model of Liljegren et al. (2008). Flag categories follow the U.S. military WBGT heat-category system (NAVMED P-5010). Weather data is provided by Open-Meteo.
