Description
The Path to Buddhism teaches you Buddhism from the very beginning, and teaches you to meditate from your very first sit.
You walk a path of stepping stones. Each stone is a short lesson or a guided meditation, and you move at your own pace, never on a clock or a streak you have to protect. As you go, a Bodhi tree grows from a seed into full bloom.
Three teachers travel with you. Ajahn Ananda explains the ideas with warmth and patience. Ayya Tara guides the meditations in a calm, friendly voice, starting with sits as short as a few minutes. Master Mu turns up on koan days with a stick and a grin, because some things can't be understood by thinking harder.
What you'll find inside:
Guided audio meditations that build from a first quiet breath to longer sits.
A clear walk through the core teachings, including the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path, and the ideas that grow from them.
Conversations with your teachers that ask real questions and take your answers seriously, so the understanding becomes your own.
A reference shelf you can return to anytime, including a complete Dhammapada and the full Gateless Gate collection of koans.
The whole path works offline. There are no ads, nothing is tracked, and you don't need an account. The app is free, with an optional way to support the work if it helps you.
Come sit down; the first stone is waiting.
