Description
WATCH, BALANCE, ACT
A silhouette appears on screen in a specific pose — single-leg stance, half squat, forward lean, arms overhead, weight shift. A pulsing ring forms around the figure. You mirror the position, hold your balance, and perform an action at the exact moment the ring hits its peak. Too early or too late counts as a miss.
ONE SIGNAL, ONE ACTION
The pulse is a visual cue — a ring expansion, a brief flash, a light impulse. It marks the precise moment to act. Each cycle has one signal and one required action. There are no combos, no score counters on screen, and no pressure mechanics. Just you, the pose, and the timing.
FIVE ACTION TYPES
Tap — touch the screen at the signal. Hold — press and maintain contact. Tilt — angle the phone in the indicated direction. Stand Still — freeze completely during the pulse. Shift Weight — transfer your center of gravity from one side to the other. Only one action is active at a time.
CLEAR FEEDBACK
A hit lights the figure in green with a soft glow. A miss fades it to grey. No numbers appear during the session. The focus stays on your body and the signal, not on a scoreboard.
RESULT SCREEN
After each session, a simple summary shows total hits and total misses. Two buttons — Retry to run the same session again, or Next to move on. No graphs, no rankings, no levels.
EXERCISE LIBRARY
The app includes a set of fundamental balance positions: single-leg balance, half squat, forward lean, arms overhead, neutral stance, and weight transfer. Each pose is shown as a clean sports silhouette — no face, no muscle detail, neutral athletic style.
DESIGNED FOR STILLNESS
Light or dark minimal background with no textures. Teal and green tones with warm accent colors for signals and buttons. Plenty of open space. The pulsing ring is the central animation — smooth, calm, and deliberate. Minimal text on every screen.
