Pick the apps you want watched, once. It uses Apple's Screen Time, so any app works
Turning away does not raise the number. Only going in is counted
From the 3rd time today, you write why you're going in before you can.
Next time you write one, we show you what you wrote last time
Once you go in, it stays quiet for 15 minutes
The day turns over at 4 AM. YouTube at 2 AM counts as yesterday
