FIND YOUR BEST WINDOW

Best Window compares upcoming temperature, rain, wind, daylight and other conditions for the activity you choose. Planning a walk, run, ride, photo shoot, gardening session, commute or day out? Weatherboard shows the most promising available times and explains why they stand out.

TRACK WILDFIRES ACROSS CANADA

See reported wildfires near any selected location, their distance from you, reported size, stage of control, suspected cause, reporting agency and last update. Explore a distance-sorted list or map, view fire counts within 50, 100 and 250 km, and check available fire-danger and air-quality information.

Wildfire information is drawn from the latest reported data available from Natural Resources Canada, the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre, Environment and Climate Change Canada and participating provincial agencies, including BC Wildfire Service for locations in British Columbia. Coverage and update times vary by source and region. Always follow instructions from local authorities and emergency services.

THE FORECAST, MADE CLEAR

See current conditions, feels-like temperature, precipitation, wind, visibility, pressure, sunrise and sunset. Explore hourly forecasts and a clear 10-day outlook, with observation and update times shown throughout.

STAY AHEAD OF CHANGES

Follow official weather alerts where supported. Set custom notifications for rain, wind, temperature and other conditions. Save places you care about, compare them before travelling and keep the latest available forecast for offline reference.

GO DEEPER WHEN YOU WANT TO

Explore interactive charts for temperature, rain, wind, pressure and more. Open maps and specialist layers, add widgets for quicker checks, and use concise briefings that stay grounded in the forecast data shown in Weatherboard.
