Sourdough, baguettes, croissants, éclairs, cheesecakes, and more: baked daily from scratch in our Pokhara kitchen. Order ahead for pickup or home delivery — straight from the oven to your door.
WHAT WE BAKE EVERY DAY
Artisan Breads — slow-fermented doughs with natural leaven, hand-shaped and baked fresh each morning. Choose from classic sourdough, multigrain loaf, multigrain baguette, and focaccia. No commercial yeasts, no dough conditioners, no shortcuts.
French Pastries — laminated doughs made in-house from scratch over two days. Butter croissants, pain au chocolat, éclairs filled and glazed to order, and seasonal fruit tarts with house-made pastry cream.
Cakes & Desserts — New York-style cheesecake, fudgy brownies with Belgian couverture chocolate, whole fruit pies for sharing, and celebration cakes by arrangement.
Everything is hand-made in our Pokhara bakery each morning. We do not reheat yesterday's product or buy frozen dough.
