Manage every client engagement from a single project page. Track income across three stages (Expected, Invoiced, Received), log expenses by category, manage team assignments, and monitor your net profit for each open period. Archive completed projects and keep a full history forever.
FINANCE & NET PROFIT
See your true bottom line, not just revenue. The Finance tab delivers a live P&L waterfall breaking down Revenue, Expenses, Gross Profit, Partner Dividends, and Net Profit for any selected month. A 6-month trend chart and per-project performance breakdown show where your business is heading.
PARTNER DIVIDENDS
Add business partners to any project with flexible share terms: percentage of sales, percentage of net profit, or a fixed monthly amount. Dividends are calculated automatically when you close a month and tracked until paid.
MONTHLY CLOSING
Lock your financials at the end of every month. The closing workflow automatically calculates salary charges for assigned employees, generates partner dividend records, and produces a running balance from opening to closing. Reopen and correct any period if needed.
EMPLOYEES
Full employee profiles with salary history, project assignment, employment documents, emergency contacts, and national ID storage. Salary payments are generated automatically during monthly closing and tracked with paid/outstanding status.
ASSETS
Maintain a complete inventory of all physical and digital assets. Track purchase and current value, warranty expiry dates, assigned users, and operational status. The app alerts you before warranties expire.
INTERNET LINES & BILLING
