The Ministry of Labour and Rehabilitation is actively preparing for the Libya Experts Forum 2026, an initiative dedicated to mobilizing the capabilities of the Libyan diaspora and integrating their expertise into the nation’s development frameworks.The Forum serves as a strategic platform designed to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and expertise from abroad to state institutions. It further aims to establish robust channels of communication between expatriate experts and decision-makers, thereby laying the groundwork for the implementation of viable, concrete projects that contribute to the national advancement of Libya. The launch of this application comes in accordance with the directives of His Excellency, the Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed Al-Redha, to streamline the registration process for experts participating from across the globe.
