Choose a meaningful intention each morning. It becomes a quiet point of return when plans change, distractions appear, or the day feels heavier than expected. Keep it visible above your timeline and edit it whenever your priorities shift.
DESCRIBE YOUR DAY NATURALLY
Write or speak about what is on your mind. DaybreakIn can organize your words into a reviewable draft of Task Focus sessions and reminders, including suggested times when available. Check the results before adding anything to your timeline, so you remain in control.
PLAN WITH A VISUAL TIMELINE
See your day in one clear timeline instead of an overwhelming list. Schedule focused work, adjust times and durations, mark items complete, and understand what comes next. Dynamic spacing keeps busy periods compact while making longer gaps easy to understand.
FOCUS ON WHAT MATTERS
Every task can become a timed Task Focus session. Start a focus timer directly from the timeline and follow its progress without creating a separate task type.
Focus Shield can optionally use Apple's Screen Time frameworks to restrict apps and categories you choose while a Task Focus timer runs. Focus Shield is free. DaybreakIn does not read, display, upload, or retain your Screen Time usage history.
BRING YOUR CALENDAR TOGETHER
Optionally show Apple Calendar events and Reminders inside your DaybreakIn timeline. Choose which sources appear and turn synchronization on or off whenever you want.
PAUSE WHEN YOU NEED TO
Take a guided breath, name how you feel, and decide whether you want to say more. Write or speak a few words about what is happening; a few words are enough. Saved Pause moments become part of today's record and story.
TURN EACH DAY INTO A STORY
DaybreakIn brings together your intention, timeline, completed activities, Pause moments, and feeling check-in to create a personal daily story. Revisit saved days in Stories and choose what you want to preserve or share.
On compatible devices, create a private on-device illustration with Apple's Image Playground. A mood-based fallback remains available when a generated image is not.
DaybreakIn Pro unlocks advanced insights and turns selected days into polished storybook PDFs designed to keep or share.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your entries can sync through your private iCloud account. Core planning and reflection features remain available offline. Choose which permissions and capabilities suit you from Settings.
