a sole trader or the director of a limited company
18 or over
a UK resident
Limited company accounts
If you want to open an account for a limited company, your business must:
be active on Companies House
be limited by shares
have no more than two directors
have all Persons of Significant Control living in the UK
have all shares held by individuals, not by another company
