Eligibility
Available to eligible Medibank OSHC and ahm OSHC members who are aged 16 years or older, have previously booked a consultation through the Amplar Online Health Doctor service, are primarily residing in Australia and are only intending to use My Amplar Health within Australia.

My Amplar Health is offered by Amplar Virtual Health, a business of Medibank Health Solutions Telehealth Pty Ltd ACN 069 396 792, which is part of the Medibank group.
My Amplar Health is a patient portal that enables users to access, book and manage appointments for healthcare services which are separately facilitated by:
the Amplar Health Online Doctor platform, operated separately by Amplar Virtual Health, a business of Medibank Health Solutions Telehealth Pty Ltd ACN 069 396 792; and
Myhealth Medical Group Pty Ltd ACN 160 321 693.
Before accessing any healthcare service through My Amplar Health, you will be asked to read and agree to the separate terms and conditions relevant to the health service you are seeking to access.
