Ingredients are separated automatically into quantity, unit, ingredient and preparation, so "100 g flour, sifted" is understood the way a cook reads it. Add ordered steps, chef's notes, wine pairings, photos of the finished dish and file attachments.

CULINARY TRANSLATION

The engine understands cooking terms, so units, ingredients and cooking verbs stay correct instead of becoming word-for-word nonsense. When a regional ingredient has no real equivalent, the original culinary name is kept rather than invented.
