Description
Smartbullet Ultimate Ballistic Calculator (SUBC) helps you work out trajectories for rifles and handloads on the range or in the field. Enter your rifle, bullet, and atmosphere, run the calculation, and read drop, wind drift, velocity, and energy out to your chosen distance.
Simple mode covers day-to-day shooting with 3DOF and 4DOF trajectory math. You can model Coriolis and Magnus (spin drift), set twist rate and direction, and account for latitude and longitude when that matters. Wind can be a single vector or a multi-point profile downrange, including vertical wind when 3D wind is enabled. You may zero in calm air and apply entered wind only downrange in the results.
Atmosphere inputs include altitude, temperature, pressure, and humidity using standard models. Drag functions include common G-series tables plus import of custom .drg files. A drag constructor tool lets you build a curve from your own drop, correction, or velocity data.
Save named profiles for different rifles and loads. Load, save, export, and import profiles to move setups between devices. Results appear as a configurable trajectory table and charts for height and horizontal point of impact. Output units can be shown in MOA, MIL, centimeters, meters, and other common forms. Export trajectory data when you need it outside the app.
Tools include a Bullet Spread Analyzer for shot-group statistics and target plots, a unit converter for ballistic quantities, and settings for units, theme, and language. Imperial, metric, and custom unit mixes are supported.
Advanced mode with 6DOF simulation is in development.
SUBC runs fully offline. No account is required. Calculations stay on your device.
Languages included: English, Estonian, German, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, and Swedish. More localizations are planned.
