With just a few taps, book a ride in the app and our system will pair you with other people headed your way.
HOW IT WORKS:
Request a ride by entering your pickup and drop-off addresses, and indicate if you’re riding with any additional passengers.
Once your trip is booked, you'll receive an arrival time and can track the vehicle as it approaches.
When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle.
There may be others on board, or you may make a few additional stops along the way.
SHARING YOUR TRIP: Our algorithm connects riders heading in the same direction. This means you’re getting the comfort of a private ride with the efficiency and reliability of a public one.
OUR VEHICLES: MET On-Demand is wheelchair accessible! If you use a wheelchair, simply indicate this in the app before requesting a ride, and you'll be matched with an accessible vehicle.
