Description

Slow jogging is the gentle way to run: very slow, with small quick steps and a soft mid-foot landing, at a relaxed "smile pace" you could chat or laugh through. Slow Jogging is your pocket coach for exactly that, helping you build an easy, lasting running habit.

TWO WAYS TO RUN

Form Run: stand your phone up and the front camera plus on-device AI draws your skeleton in real time. The overlay changes color when your posture drifts, with gentle voice cues to guide you. Raise a hand mid-run to fine-tune your cadence. No video is ever recorded.

Free Run: no camera. Just a metronome and voice keeping your tempo around 180 steps per minute.

AFTER EVERY RUN

A clear summary: time, steps, distance, and calories.

A 100-point form score across 6 aspects, plus friendly advice on what to work on next.

Motion replay: watch your run as a skeleton animation only (no video) from 0.5x to 4x, with a timeline color-coded by posture.

BUILT TO KEEP YOU GOING

Posture record: a one-time front and side capture saved as your own reference to check against over time.

Metronome with 4 clean sounds and a steady ~180 spm beat.

Voice coaching with styles you can choose from.

Guide: what slow jogging is, the smile pace, front and side form illustrations, and a cool-down.

History: a calendar with monthly summaries that keeps every run, and optional write-only sync of your workouts to Apple Health.

Weekly plan with gentle reminders to keep the habit alive.

Records are stored encrypted on your iPhone. There is no account and no login, and there are no third-party ads, analytics, or tracking. Apple Health access is write-only and optional.
