iMixd is an auto-DJ for the music already on your phone. Press play and walk away — the next track flows into the current one like someone behind decks set it up.
What's in the app:
Auto-DJ that listens to the music, not your taste profile. Tracks are matched by tempo and harmonic key, transitions are chosen per pair — beat-matched crossfade, echo, EQ swap, filter sweep. You don't pick the style; it picks the right one for the moment.
Your music stays on your phone. No streaming subscription. iMixd reads files you already have, whether you imported them or pointed it at a folder. Nothing is uploaded.
Manual DJ mode (Pro). Two full decks, 3-band EQ, hot cues, loops with beat-quantized snapping, tempo slider, sync button. Works on phones. Works much better on tablets in landscape — that's where Manual DJ was actually designed to live.
Party Lock. Stops whoever's next to the phone from skipping the song you queued for that exact moment. Tap-tap to unlock when you actually want to change something.
Dark and light modes. Mix presets for parties, workouts, weddings, club nights, throwbacks, and more. Available in seven languages — English, Swedish, Spanish, German, French, Arabic, and Kurdish — with full right-to-left support.
Free vs Pro:
Free: smart auto-DJ, basic crossfade, all themes, Party Lock. Up to 100 songs in your library.
Pro ($3.99/month or $19.99/year): unlimited library and queue, Manual DJ mode, all transition styles, smart energy-flow sorting, folder import, session stats. One subscription on either tier — no ads at any level, no add-ons, no gotchas.
A note on AI:
iMixd doesn't use AI. The mixing is built on actual audio analysis — BPM detection, harmonic key matching, energy estimation — not language models or generative anything. Everything runs on your device.
Privacy:
No ads. No tracking. Crash reports are opt-in and off by default; you can turn them on or off in Settings any time. Reset and erase local data from Settings whenever you want.
