GETTING STARTED
1. Download the app and sign up with your phone number.
2. Complete KYC: upload your national ID, driver's license, and vehicle photos.
3. Wait for verification (usually within 24 hours).
4. Go online and start accepting rides.
ELIGIBILITY
Valid Rwandan driver's license (Category B or higher)
Vehicle in good condition, registered in Rwanda
Valid vehicle insurance
21+ years old
Clean police record (verified during KYC)
EARNINGS
Payments deposited monthly. See real-time earnings in the Earnings tab and request withdrawals to your local bank account anytime.
LOCATION USE
GreenRide Driver uses your location continuously, including in the background, to match you with nearby ride requests, show passengers your live position as you approach pickup, and calculate accurate trip distance for fare billing. You can stop sharing your location anytime by going offline in the app, but you won't receive new ride requests while offline.

PRIVACY
Your location, identity documents, and earnings data are encrypted in transit. Only your first name and vehicle details are shared with the passenger you accept. You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account.
