Most follower-check apps ask for your Instagram login or require you to register on their platform. Follometry needs none of that. The app only analyses the official export file that Instagram makes available to every user. No rule violations, no risk to your account.
NON-FOLLOWERS
See at a glance who you follow but who isn't following you back. Tap any account to open it directly in Instagram. Deactivated accounts or celebrities can be hidden permanently — one at a time by swiping, or several at once using multi-select.
SNAPSHOT COMPARISON
Load two Instagram exports from different points in time and see exactly what changed: who unfollowed you during that period, and who started following you. The unfollow view is especially useful for spotting bots — accounts that follow, then quietly disappear days later.
MORE FEATURES
Permanently ignore accounts from the non-followers list and restore them any time. Export the full list as plain text and share it directly to Notes, WhatsApp, or any other app.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Instagram app: Settings → Accounts Centre → Your information → Download your information
2. Select JSON format, choose only "Followers and following"
3. Receive the ZIP file by email and open it in Follometry
4. Done
