Time Travel reimagines your photos as authentic portraits from any year between 1850 and 2026. Pick a year on the slider, tap Create Photo, and watch your face stay yours while the era-dependent details around you — hair, clothing, lighting, color, film grain, and background style — shift to match the time period.
WHAT MAKES IT FEEL REAL
Identity preserved. Your face shape, expression, age, gaze and pose stay yours. The AI changes only the historically dependent details around you.
Per-decade authenticity. Each decade has its own profile — 1920s flapper styling, 1950s studio look, 1970s warm film tones, 1990s photo-lab color, all rendered to feel period-correct rather than filter-on-modern.
Composition stays intact. Same framing, same camera angle, same number of people. Group photos remain group photos.

Intensity control — Subtle, Balanced, or Significant transformation.
Adapt toggles — pick exactly what's allowed to change: hair, clothing, accessories, makeup, background, lighting and film look.
Focused edits — refine hair, outfit, background, or accessories without starting over.
Force color output — render eras that were typically black-and-white in believable period color.

PHOTO CREDITS
Every new account starts with 1,000 free Photo Credits. Regular generations use 100 Photo Credits, while High Quality generations use 240 Photo Credits and keep more detail. The Basic Pack adds 5,000 Photo Credits and unlocks High Quality generation. Payment is handled securely by Apple, and Photo Credits are used only when a photo is successfully created.
PRIVACY & AI
Time Travel is brought to you by Photomyne. Photos are uploaded only to perform the transformation, processed using OpenAI's image generation technology, and are never sold or shared with advertisers. Generated images are saved in the app's History so you can re-open or share them later. The first time you create a photo, you'll be asked to give explicit consent for AI processing.
