MyCRIB

Description

MyCRIB is the official mobile application of the Credit Information Bureau of Sri Lanka.The application enables users to register with the bureau, complete identity verification, and request credit reports and related services through a secure mobile platform.

All backend services are hosted on CRIB in-house servers. User authentication and sensitive transactions are protected using secure mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication where applicable. Personal data transmitted between the mobile application and backend systems is encrypted.

For paid services, the application integrates with the Internet Payment Gateway (IPG).

Payment card details are handled entirely by the IPG, and only a transaction token/reference is stored by the application. No cardholder data is stored within CRIB systems.The application is designed to comply with applicable security, privacy, and regulatory requirements
