Roster is a deep, single-player talent management simulation set in the entertainment industry. Build and run your own agency. Sign actors, submit them to roles, negotiate deals, and guide careers over years of in-game time. Every decision shapes your roster, and their future.

Discover and sign actors with unique strengths, potential, and personalities. Develop their skills, manage morale, and balance competing ambitions.
Work the industry:
Submit clients to casting calls and evaluate how well they fit each role. Success depends on strategy, timing, and understanding what the industry wants.
Negotiate and decide:
Close deals, manage contracts, and choose which opportunities to pursue. Not every role is worth taking, and every decision carries risk.
Handle pressure:
Actors grow more demanding as their careers progress. Miss opportunities, push too hard, or fail to deliver, and they may walk away.
