Description

Some days you feel ready for a packed night out. Other days even one conversation feels draining. Social Battery turns your health, activity, routine, and calendar signals into a clear social energy score, then explains what’s driving it.

Instead of guessing, you can see:

How charged you are right now

How your energy is trending through the day

When you’re likely to hit a dip later

Why your score is rising or falling

How tomorrow’s plans might affect your energy

What bedtime, wake-up, and recovery choices could help

How Social Battery works:

Social Battery uses your on-device Apple Health data, your own check-ins, optional read-only calendar access, and optional work schedule preferences to build a more personal energy model. It looks at signals like sleep, heart-rate load, HRV, resting heart rate, respiratory patterns, wrist temperature shifts, steps, daylight, workout load, standing and movement patterns, recovery debt, and recent noise exposure.

Core features:

Real-time Social Battery

See your social battery as a simple % that updates from your latest signals.

Trends + Forecast

View your curve hour by hour, inspect previous days, and check projected dips or stronger windows.

Plan + Calendar Coach

Connect your calendar with read-only access to get smarter planning suggestions around events, nights out, travel, holidays, work, recovery time, and tomorrow’s schedule.

Work Schedule + Commute

Add your usual work days, hours, and travel time so Social Battery can make more realistic wake-up, bedtime, and morning prep suggestions.

Smart Recommendations

Get practical suggestions like when to wind down, when to protect quiet time, how to handle busy days, and how to prepare for early starts or packed evenings.

Why This %

Get plain-English explanations of what helped or drained your score today.

Daily Journal Check-ins

Log how you feel to calibrate the model to your real-world experience.

Ask Social Battery

Ask natural questions like:

“Should I go to this gig tonight?”

“Why did my score drop?”

“Do I have enough energy for dinner?”

“What time should I sleep?”

The assistant uses your in-app context and forecast data to give supportive, practical answers with confidence-aware reasoning.

Routine Learning

Social Battery learns your sleep, exercise, walking, standing, work, and recovery patterns over time, then keeps adapting when your routine changes.

Cycle-aware insights

If cycle tracking is logged in Apple Health, Social Battery can add phase context to help explain day-to-day shifts in social energy and sensitivity.

Apple Watch + Widgets

Check your score quickly on your wrist, Home Screen, or Lock Screen with widgets for battery, plan, and trends.

Privacy first, always

Your data stays on your device. Calendar access is read-only. No selling personal health data.

Social Battery is built to feel personal, useful, and private.
