Arvella is so good
Package not delivered
They sent me a package with a confirmation that needed to be signed for at the door, but I was not home at the time. Now my money is probably lost, and they do not care about customer service. This was a bad experience. Never again I want my money back.

I ordered Naxos there was only 1 shipping option I live somewhere in the US where every shipping service delivers to and they just told me well maybe u need to try a different fragrance and I did and then ended up being the same thing taking forever to come I had ordered 9pm and it broke the second I took the cap off the whole neck snapped off and customer service ghosted me after it really was an experience that goes against all their promos I’m very disappointed I wanted to like Arvella
Good but not good enough
This is a very good alternative to fine your favorite colons/perfumes but for me it took 6 days to arrive at my house idk if it was just me bc I live in California or to other people this also happens on other parts of the world.

Prices are not what they seem you click on it and the price goes up to over 100 for every bottle when it’s listed for $19 and $29
