Strange Feeling Some Players Are Not Real
I enjoy this game; however, I believe the designers have created fake players in an attempt to keep real players playing the game. No matter how high a real player goes in terms of score, there’s always one-to-three players who jump ahead or fall back behind the real player by 6 to 20 points. It’s like a vicious circle. Additionally, when a real player stops playing for a period of time and then comes back later to play again before the 24-hr period is over, the activity picks up again where it left off. Something is amiss.

Warning: This app not only has an AGGRESSIVE amount of ads but it will “click” them for you, taking you to the advertiser’s site automatically. The first time it happened, I assumed I had accidentally hit the ad banner by mistake. But then I confirmed it was the app doing it by itself. It doesn’t do it every time or else it would be more noticeable. But it is definitely the app and it’s a very shady practice. (Not sure why Apple is allowing this.) Even worse, as you reach higher levels, the app starts covering the bottom half of the game board with pop up ads you have to dismiss if you want to keep playing. But you know what happens when you click the button to dismiss the ad? You guessed it! It takes you to the advertiser’s site instead. This app is a prime example of why we can’t have nice things anymore. The developers have clearly found a way to exploit the advertising system. And what they’ve come up with isn’t just a nuisance to players; they are ripping off their advertisers as well. They’ve found a great way to drive traffic to their advertisers’ sites. But it’s not legitimate traffic from interested shoppers. It’s just people trying to play a casual game who had a robot hijack their phone long enough to get a few extra clicks. You’d be better off carrying a real, portable Mahjong game with you, rather than messing with this infuriating app.

Starts off good but goes downhill rapidly
Took on this app as said advert free which it was for the first 10 games then adverts started appearing more and more regular to the point of enduring two minute ads between every game, if that wasn’t bad enough the games started looking familiar as they were repeats of previous games until into the high 200’s the next game was the same as the last one, time to delete this app 🙁
Game cheating
The game is enjoyable. However the joy is reduced by blatant scoring against players. For example, a player receives a different score for same level. A previously unseen player suddenly appears with a higher score. Be fore warned.

The ad for this game is a total lie! You don’t play against another person. This is a poor imitation of Vita Mahjong. Worse graphics, western numbering instead of Kanji. Ads at bottom of screen. Altogether… disappointing.

Too bad, you have a nice game but awful ads! I have been forced to watch 5 ads in a row after each game that was exactly the same! Do you think I’m stupid or your players are stupid? The same boring ad 5 times in a row. Well, you can keep your ads , I won’t be keeping your game nor will other players when they learn you worship the ad makers more than you care about your players. I truly like mahjong and this specific game had several different things I was hoping to explore. However, this Sola Mahjong is one of the WORST in terms of lengthy and constant adds. I’m sorry but I play games to relax, not stress out over constant adds. I’ll try it again sometime but for now my time is limited and your adds are not.
Big tiles and no adverts??
The game starts off with large tiles as advertised but after a few games it reduces to the same small size as all the other similar majong games. Why do they all advertise no adverts when clearly there are quite a lot!!
I think there’s some cheating going on
I have a question for the designers of this game. How can someone who is 12 points behind me suddenly jump to four points ahead of me in a span of about two minutes. Sounds like I’m playing against the computer or something is totally dishonest about this game!

I am tired of the ADS you don’t count as ads which pop up between each and every level and if I don’t want to download the game OR even if I have already downloaded the game it won’t clear for minutes at a time. I prefer paying for yearly use rather than to being bothered like the FREE games say they are. I am deleting this and all FREE games off my phone. I have found some of these games that I really loved but that’s too bad.

So disappointed. Your ad shows from level 50 that the play format changes. That’s the reason I downloaded the app. But the app just keeps repeating the same plain match 2 tiles format, so your ad is not as advertised.
Ads are too long !
I love this game but I’m going to delete it as some of the ads are ridiculously long and often there’s no option to mute the sound ! If you consort this I’m sure you’d have more people playing it !

I’m so sick of games that advertise no ads so you download and start playing only to find out they have ads. Why lie? Obviously people are going to find out once they download. Maybe if your game was good enough or original enough I could ignore it but it isn’t. I’ve got about three other Mahjong games downloaded that are exactly the same as this. Deleting app!
