The best game app ever
Ridiculous amount of ads
I understand everything is all about money nowadays and nothing else matters, but it’s just unfortunate that there’s an ad after every roll of the dice. I thought this would be a fun game to teach my 5 year old some math, but having to watch an ad every 10 seconds makes it worthless. I’ll just delete this and go buy the physical edition and not have to worry about ads. Problem solved.

I don’t know why I’m seeing all these bad reviews about this app because of “too many ads” or “very long and annoying tutorial” but I like it! I don’t care about the ads or the tutorial, I just care about the quality of the app and how entertaining it is. The only problem is I don’t think it is multiplayer, which I wanted it to be, and I’m mostly playing against bots at the moment. Probably because I just downloaded it today, but other than that, it’s very addicting and worth it to try out! 😉

This game has wayyyyyy too many adds. 30 second ads for every two rolls is ridiculous. And the cost to get rid of ads isn’t worth the complexity of the game. Downloaded 06/24 Deleted 06/26
Freezes my phone
I really like this game and the app is a lot of fun. BUT, every time I play it freezes up my phone and I end up having to shut my phone down and restart it. This is the only app that causes that to happen.

The game stopped working. It says it’s my turn but nothing happens. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still doesn’t work
Ads in the MIDDLE of your turn
I rarely object to a game due to its incessant ads but this year's the cake. I deleted the game because of the ads. The ads are in the middle of your turn. Roll once or twice and there's the ad break. Every once in a while (while it's your turn) you get a prompt to spin the wheel which I believe you have to watch an ad...there's also the prompts to rate your game, which occurs during your turn. In another pop up ad, I looked at the prices of going ad free. Ad free for 3 days is $9.99 (US) or $19.99 for good. That's a scam. That's a lot of ads. It really wasn't the most fun game of shut the box that I've ever played. Maybe it's just one of those games you have to play with real people around a table. One more thing. If you "shut the box", the other player will too.
Way to many ads
Game was fun, but all the ads ruined it. I don’t mind an ad after each round, but an after each roll of the dice is ridiculous. The game also froze a few times.

The game is a ton of fun but the ads that happen in the middle cause my game to freeze and more than half that time that causes me to have to start the whole game over. Also way to may ads in the game.
Where is the dice
Good game but I played and it’s fine but now go to play it and there is no dice showing up so can’t play
App is totally broken
Played the game for ten minutes and now it’s frozen. Uninstalling/reinstalling it doesn’t help. Reported my concern. App is still frozen so I have permanently removed it from my phone.
Ads spoil play
This is a really good game. But ads in the middle of play. Seriously? At least wait until the end of the game!

Way too many ads
The game itself was fun until ads started popping up during game play. I understand that ads are necessary but an ad after every second throw of the dice is ridiculous and ruins the flow of the game and charging $30 to remove the ads is just greedy. Needless to say I deleted the game.

The game was fun but when I got to round 3 the game froze I uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it’s still not working so I just deleted I tried

I’ve had this game one day.. it’s a good game don’t get me wrong and I don’t even mind the adds but just went to back on to play it and it won’t let me roll the dice just loads up says it’s my turn and then nothing
Bug
Every time I load the game, Sophie and I do not have dice to play with. The box is just blank where the dice are supposed to be.
SHUT THE ADS!
I was really enjoying this game and the graphics are beautiful! Moments later the Ads started popping up right in the middle of the match! Then of course they try to force you to pay $19.99 to remove the ads forever. There’s quite a few “Shut The Box” games on the App Store that are completely free, no advertisements or very few, and they don’t take up a lot of space like this one does. When I find greedy, money hungry developers like this, I make sure NEVER to download any of their other games because they will all be like this!
Too many ads
This game has way way way way too many ads interrupting every couple of moves. The game would be fun, but no thanks……deleting because the ads every two moves is obnoxious. Never had another game that has so many ads interrupting every a short period of time. Are these guys nuts??????
