Let me turn off “hints”
The “hints” (food item highlighting) make me feel as though I am subhuman, that I can’t even solve a simple puzzle when I can. I take a few seconds to think about the best course of action, BAM! A punch to the face in the form of the game telling you what to do. I don’t want this. Please let me turn it off.
Fun but way too many ads
The game is enjoyable but an ad after every single level is ridiculous.
Lots of glitches
The game has a lot of glitches that make it challenging and sometimes impossible to play. There are many levels where you need to unlock keys, but you get to the end of the level and they never gave you a key so you loss. The ads also often pop up as you are playing the game causing you to loss the level.
Fun but...
Good game but the ads are so loud and they keep popping up while you're playing. It's a banner on the bottom of the screen that's fine but the noise is crazy and you can't mute them and sometimes they go full screen mid game play.

App keeps taking my money and glitching
I love this game but The app keeps taking money for my purchases and then glitching. I bought 2 packages for $4.99 each to continue my game. When the game resumed it said that i ran out of room. It took 2000 coins from me. It took my money and wasted it. I am not happy. It seems impossible to contact any support. I would like my money back.
Was a great game until the latest update
I really had fun playing this game. Unfortunately, the latest update has resulted in a problem. If you want to continue the game for free by watching an ad, it doesn’t work. You watch the ad and you lose anyway. Hope it gets fixed soon

Why can’t you turn off the sound on the ads?
I use this game to unwind but I also listen to audiobooks. It would be nice to play without hearing the ad in my ears while playing the game. And no I’m not paying $11.99 a month to take ads off the game. That’s ridiculous. Guess I’ll be deleting this game and finding something with zero sound.

So Many Things Not Working
Not Working: 1 - Hot Pot Quest, you start it, and then it immediately says “you failed the challenge” BEFORE you even start to play one game! 2 - Whatever the shield/shell thing is on the left side that says Unlock at Level 31, except I’m on level 58 and it’s still gray and locked. 3 - Whenever you open the app, it immediately opens at a game, so the only way to get to the home page to even start any challenges is to quit the game, which costs you a life and an instant loss. 4 - The ads that glitch and freeze that you can’t get out of. There’s more, but these are good to start on. This game needs a lot of work to be enjoyable. I keep trying and check for updates, but at the moment, it’s more frustrating than it is enjoyable. Fix all the problems and it could easily be a 5 star.

Ads for free items only work part of the time. Then I try to use my earned coins to purchase an advancement since the ads aren’t working and the game also glitches out and wastes my earned coins. Very frustrating!

Constant glitches. Almost seem to be on purpose in order to force you to buy boosters and then glitches steal your money.

This is the first review I’ve ever left. I started playing this game due to an ad. While it can be fun, the hard levels basically require you to play it for days or use boosters, which you run out of quickly. I’ve spent some money and it’s really not worth it when levels are near impossible to beat.
No response from creator
The game is cool but when it glitches after a purchase and you email creator. You get crickets. I just purchase a package for a hard level and the key to i lock the last box never appeared and then it makes you start over. That is a glitch. I have video proof and want either my package back or money.

Fun but needs work
I love the game but some levels are too hard to beat. It’s hard to earn coins. Can’t even watch ads to help at all which is insane.
Fun, but Buggy
This game is fun and not too stressful for the most part. However, there are two major problems with it. First, there are ads at the bottom of game all of the time. They’re small, so that’s not the issue. The issue is sometimes those ads have sound and sometimes they don’t. So if you have the sound on while playing (which I do, because I like the sounds and music in the game), every so often you’ll hear the ads playing over the music/game noise. It’s really distracting and also makes it so I can’t turn the game sound off and listen to a podcast or my own music during the game, because the ads will just randomly play anyway. The other problem is with the ads that you can play for rewards or for help in a level. Sometimes I’ll watch an ad, and it won’t grant me the reward and then I just end up getting stuck in a loop of having the option to watch an ad but then not getting the reward to be able to move forward in the level and I have to restart the level all over again. I’ve even spent coins that I’ve accrued on a reward/save in the game only to not be granted that reward/save. What a waste! It’s because of this that I find myself not wanting to play. If they could fix these two issues it would be super fun.

ゲーム自体は楽しいし、課金なしでも遊べます。 ただ、ハンバーガーのマークと下のボタンが邪魔です。 位置をずらすなどして改善して欲しいです。
Too many glitches
There are too many glitches in the game. If you watch a ad to get an Extra Life after you watch the ad, it doesn’t clear the board like it usually does it just continues either making you watch ads, use your powers at the bottom or just lose the game completely and start over.

I lost a lot of money because of the glitches. Game kept losing and I had lots of room to play. Not cool because I really like this game but taking my money and I can’t play a proper game is not nice. Won’t play for a while.

Game is fun, but super glitchy. I had to spend money to get past a certain level, but it glitched and I didn’t get past the level. Please fix.
Fun but issues
I have tried to find a way for support but the only option is emailing them. I am nit receiving the rewards from the challenges or special events. I bought the pass but O have been stuck at level 17 for 3 full bar loads of games one.
Bugs fixed
Thank you to the team for fixing the glitches. So happy I didn’t uninstalled the game waiting to see if an update/new version was coming up and fixed the issues experienced in the last 3/4 weeks. Game runs smooth again and is so good to play with

So fun until the paywall
This game started off as a staple for me to unwind. As the levels progress, you’ll get to levels that cannot be passed without spending money. I’ve documented patterns and seen how the game’s algorithm responds by throwing in additional impediments with time-sensitive blockers. When you spend money on tools, they don’t hit during the level you’re in, so you get stuck again without access to what you just paid for to move forward. I would not recommend you get into this spiral.
I WANT to like it, but it’s soooo GLITCHY!
I really want to love this game… It’s challenging and not terrible with ads, but it is so glitchy. Freezes up, you get to the end, thinking you’ve won and it just keeps spinning, you hit the key, but the lock doesn’t open, etc. Almost impossible to win mini games. It’s just gotten worse with updates I think I’m gonna have to move on.

Like it but what the heck
I enjoy the challenge, but I’m on level 117, I’ve gotten to the last ingredient locked with no keys left on the board. This happened twice now on the same level, so it’s a reoccurring bug or glitch or something. Will have to wait until this is fixed.
Get rid of Jackpot City ad
The game is fun unless you get an ad for Jackpot City casino. Unfortunately, the ad glitches and won’t let you exit so you have to close the app out altogether.

The bottom bar ads play with SOUND and its actual utter insanity. You’re forced to watch ads after every level, watch ads to pass levels and to top it all off, is the bottom bar ads that play sound most of the time you play this game. Deleted and moving on
Needs to be repositioned
The different help options on the bottom should be placed at the top. I’ve accidentally pressed them on more than one occasion. Besides that it’s a great game.
