Mala
Muy mala me siguen cobrando y no si quiera pude acceder a mi cuenta y no me ayudaron. A recuperarla
Clear & precise!
Anyone new to the concept of letting AI work for you … This is your app!!!
Bad
Very mediocre service and information, that you can get yourself through existing AI chats and agents (free of charge). They teach how to work with AI, but app have not automatically cancellation of subscription, you need wait feedback from support services about it. Look like AI scam
I can’t cancel the subscription
Months in a row I have been charged $49.99 and $30.97 I tried canceling the subscription but the link doesn’t work I’ve emailed customer support and never gotten anything but an automated response I don’t know what to do
So Far So Good!
I’m only two lessons in, but I’m immediately starting to see a cognitive shift from “this is gonna take a lot of work to succeed” to “this may be easier than I thought, as it would seem simplicity is the key”. I know it will take some work regardless, but it’s interesting to think about where this could lead! I’m hoping to see these bite-sized building blocks become more immersive and effective as I go along-but for right now-the app seems to have an inviting, realistic approach for how to progress confidently without being overwhelming or intimidating, but there’s still a long road ahead. All in all, the platform seems to be informative and easy to understand. We’ll see what that’s like going forward! Hopefully this review was helpful. Thanks for the time, Chris P.
SCAM
Finestro charged my credit card twice without my consent. This company has a documented history of unauthorized charges, double billing, and charging customers after cancellation. Cancellation process itself is misleading if not impossible. BBB records multiple unresolved complaints, and independent reviews confirm repeated cases of double charges and refused refunds. This company lacks transparency, ethics and integrity. Which feels like a scam operation disguised as a subscription service. Finestro is rated high‑risk by Scam Detector and flagged unsafe by Gridinsoft. I strongly advise others to stay away until the company fixes its billing practices and provides real customer support. Completely unacceptable experience.
Finestro

Don’t download
I accidentally downloaded the app. I deleted it immediately and I was charged $49.99. Never used it or even knew what the app was for. They won’t refund my money. Please make sure it’s what you need before you download.
Have only just begun
I have only just started the Finestro course and so far I’ve enjoyed it. It’s very clear and straightforward to understand and it is in simple layman’s terms so there’s no confusion about the dialogue. I will update my review later once I have finished the course.
Good app, horrible saving
Finestro gives if not good tips, great advice in the fast paced world of AI; however the app doesn’t save your progress and you keep repeating the same lessons over and over again. Progress isn’t being recorded.
Make money
I hope this AI helps me make money side I been want go Montana I been studying on this AI lots
Trying
The app doesn’t remember the password if you login on the weekend and you can’t get in you have to wait until Monday ! I don’t have anything good to say about this app the first day I bought it I had to wait until Monday now I’ve had it a month I set up a living it’s Friday night I go to get in guess what they don’t know my password my login email and password are memorized in my phone I’m using stored email and password but it won’t let me in ! There’s no good words to say about this app
Well made
I did not use the app very much - perhaps lack of time. But it is easy to navigate and well made. Good customer service.

Scam Alert
This application is very hard to cancel. It is such a scam.
User friendly
Very straightforward information- easy to understand and follow along. Thanks!
Horrible customer service! SCAM!!!!!!
Won’t give option for ZERO stars sadly. Horrible customer service. Download app decided it wasn’t for me and asked for a cancellation and they didn’t because I didn’t reply with why I wanted to and charged me $30 then another $50 and will not refund me whatsoever and say it’s my fault because I didn’t reply. I will never recommend this site to anyone. It’s a complete SCAM!!!
Bad din
I love the idea that I am not pressured or sold something. I am Being trained to be a professional marketer the way I will Make my future customers feel. Thank you I am forever grateful.
Does not work!
I have tried the app on my iphone and computer and the app will not allow me to put in any info in what is called “ the playground”. I’m stuck. Even the online program does not work. They say they’re fixing it, but I’m not sure. It’s been a week and it still doesn’t work.. I’ve notified Support and they kept me the same answer. It does not work.
My rating
So far, I’m enjoying my training. The only thing that worries me is all I have is a phone. I don’t have a computer.
Scam
I wish I would have read the reviews before looking into this. The fees are outrageous and unauthorized. I would not recommend this at all
The lesson ends
I just completed the Finestra AI lesson guide, which I found to be very informative. I am ready to try my first PDF I am just hoping when I turn the page, the help is still there
Not as represented
This company was not clear that this was a monthly charge or what the monthly amount was. They gave a discount for the first period. Though they took the funds, and then the membership was cancelled, they refuse to refund the money saying you still have access for the month, but they cut off you access immediately. Would not invest in this.
