Five Lives Care is an evidence-based program combining brain training games and adapted physical activity to support memory, language and autonomy in people living with cognitive difficulties.
In a 12-week randomized clinical trial involving 177 participants with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and conducted with leading memory centers in the United Kingdom and France, Five Lives Care users scored 28% better in everyday independence than a control group, and caregivers reported a positive trend in quality of life.*
