HOWL-A-RIDE is the new way to book rides on Stony Brook University’s on-demand services.
With a few taps, book a ride in the app and our technology will pair you with other riders headed your way.
HOW IT WORKS:
Book a ride by setting your pickup and dropoff locations, and indicating if you’re riding with an additional passenger.
You’ll receive an estimated pickup time as soon as you book. The estimated arrival time automatically updates as your vehicle heads your way
When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle.
You may share the ride with others or make a few stops along the way. Track your vehicle and share your status in real time directly from the app.
SHARING YOUR TRIP:
Our algorithm matches riders traveling in similar directions, giving you the convenience of a direct ride with the efficiency of a shared system.
RELIABLE:
See your driver’s information, track your ride in real time, and view your ride history, all from the app. After your trip, you’ll be prompted to leave a rating and optional feedback.
