Refund
Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally dispute the €39.99 charge that was applied to my account in connection with the Bible Instant application. I signed up for a seven-day free trial with absolutely no intention of subscribing to a paid plan. However, I did not receive any reminder, warning, notification, or other communication informing me that the trial period was about to end or that a paid subscription would automatically begin. I only became aware of the charge after it had already been processed. Charging a customer €39.99 without providing a clear and timely reminder before the end of a short trial period is, in my view, unacceptable and contrary to the level of transparency consumers are entitled to expect. I never intended to enter into a paid subscription agreement and have not knowingly used or benefited from the service beyond the trial period. Under these circumstances, I consider this charge unjustified and request the immediate cancellation of the subscription and a full refund of the €39.99 that was charged to my account. Should this matter not be resolved promptly, I reserve the right to pursue all available remedies, including filing complaints with consumer protection authorities, reporting the matter to the relevant regulatory bodies, and taking any further legal steps necessary to protect my rights as a consumer. I sincerely hope that this issue can be resolved amicably and without further action. I therefore request written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that a full refund has been issued. I look forward to your prompt response. Yours faithfully, Mariano

Prélevé automatiquement pour 1 an !
