When you search for a book, your device talks directly to Open Library and Google Books. Anonymous requests — Leafed never sees what you're searching for. Your shelves, notes, ratings, and reading history are stored locally on your device.
For readers with multiple Apple devices, iCloud sync moves your library between your iPhone, iPad, and Mac through Apple's encrypted infrastructure. There's no Leafed account, no Leafed server, no intermediary. We literally cannot see what you're reading.
