Massive paywall after only half an hour of play
It's a typical rogue-lite with a relatively interesting die-upgrade-repeat loop. There is a modest variety of upgrades between play-throughs, and a wider variety of random power-ups during each play-through to keep things interesting. I generally enjoy this type of game and would definitely play it long-term, except... After the tutorial level, an energy bar appears with 20 energy shards, and you consume one shard for every play-through. Remember though, this is a rogue-lite, so constantly replaying the level is the core mechanic. Each play-through takes about a minute or so, so you will exhaust the energy bar within half an hour. You can watch an ad to get an additional shard, but you can only do this 3 times every 24 hours. The energy bar also replenishes slowly, one shard per hour, so within a 24 hour period you get 24 shards, plus 3 from ads. Yep, that's all you get. 27 play-throughs per day. For a rogue-lite. 🤦♂️ If you actually want to play this game more actively, you'll need to spend something like $10 per day, every day, to keep going. That's $300 per month. Interesting though this game might be, it's not THAT interesting. It's literally unplayable without sinking a ton of cash into it, so I uninstalled it. 🤷♂️ I don't understand why they felt the need put in this harsh paywall, when the game is ad-supported (both forced ads after each level, as well as optional ads for boosts). If they just let people play, they would get a lot more ad revenue. This way, people either uninstall it immediately, or severely limit their daily play time, which ultimately limits ad revenue. Maybe they're hoping for a few whales with more money than sense to sink tons of cash to keep them afloat? Who the hell knows, all I know is that I'm out.

I love playing this game there’s just way too many ads. i feel like this is an issue for so many games but come on you have an ad after every level.
Started off fine… no offline play + constant ads
Game started off perfectly fine, admittedly Downloaded from an ad, but the moment that I wasn’t even allowed to play the game without data or WiFi was the nail in the coffin. As is the case with any game that purposefully doesn’t allow offline play for the sake of ad revenue.
Power is so pointless and ruins the player base
I’ve been playing this game for a week now I like the game but the power is ridiculous ads are bad but I paid to have no ads and now it’s not even letting me double my rewards after a run it feels like I paid money to lose extra rewards??? And the only being able to do a few runs a day is weak this game would have so much more longevity if they removed power and listened to these reviews

Everyone is talking about ads but I was playing for a couple hours and hadn’t received a single ad. Maybe my luck is running out soon and I’ll be bombarded with ads 🤷♂️.

I had Poseidon leveled up to 30 and I updated the game and now he’s at a level 15. Please help.
Not bad at all
This, from previews of power and leveling, looked like a game that would come to a hault unless you made a purchase (we all know those games). However, this is not the case. Only purchase I made in this game is to get rid of ads because I hate them and they are time consuming. I’m on level 276. My dude continues to level up through chests, collecting cards for gods blessings, and through levels money earned. When you can’t go any further, it seems like you’re trapped, you can prestige and level up more. Giving you plenty of opportunities to excel without in app purchases. This game, however, is very much repetitive. There are challenges to do on the side but those too are repetitive. So, if you bore easily of repeats after repeats, this may not be the game for you. If you enjoy the challenge of leveling up and seeing how high you can go, then give this one a shot!

So close to being good
This game is actually fun. Was going to say it’s okay that you have to wait for energy to refill because there’s no ads, but I was wrong. They made me update the game and then boom- ads after every round. So close to being good, but greed will always win.
Simple Game
The game itself passes time. But, recently, the game will randomly freeze and glitch and either crash or you have to manually close it. Can’t even complete a level. Also, after getting stairs passed 6, it stops. It won’t go above 7 and it makes progressing through levels very hard. This needs to be addressed.
Great game, but anti consumer implementation
The game is really fun, but the developers decided to run an energy model for plays in the game, and it accumulates at the slowest rate ive ever seen in a mobile game (1 energy per hour, max of 20 energy stored, 1 energy per play). That accompanied with how each play is about 1 minute of gametime, you are looking at waiting 59 minutes to play 1 quick game. Really unfortunate they decided to ruin their game with this mechanic considering they run all the obnoxious popup offers, battle passes, and ad rewards already. Dont bother downloading.
Fun game but get rid of energy system
Just get rid of the energy system, I don’t want to wait a full day just to play this game which is supposed to be a time waster game.

I really enjoy this game the only thing I despise about it is the fact you have only a certain number of runs bed you’re out of energy and have to basically wait a full day to replenish all energy. Besides that I enjoy this game a lot

The game constantly freezes and needs forced restarts (even with all current updates)
It started out fun, but it’s become more of a pain than it’s worth. There are long ads between every level, so if you don’t pay to remove them you’re spending just as much time watching ads as you are playing the game. It’s also started freezing pretty regularly, so I’m wasting half my energy on forced closes. If they can fix the freezing issue I’d play again, but right now it’s also unplayable.
Still freezes on iPhone 14 Plus.

Some things needs to be done
Im at area 11, when you get to a certain weapon, they stop adding up. You have to kill 60k + blocks with a 1400 damage weapon so progress is impossible. Plus you can’t get past de 6x stairs supplier. When you max the bar for the 7th, it stops there and you stay at 6 stairs. Please fix this I enjoy the game very much but I can’t get any further because of these issues.

I’m hooked on this game, absolute ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me But can we please get the stair and weapon levels increased from their current max? If I’m powerful enough I want the satisfaction of being able to absolutely smash through these levels without being capped out.

Between gear and blue gem upgrades for my level, I must be at ~60% crit. I’ll get 2 per run… what are we doing. Simple game that’s a good time killer, but don’t even try to focus on a build, it won’t work

I’ve noticed glitching and freezing mid game like others, until I realized Soul Funds had multiple tiers that weren’t collected, which was the problem. Anyone having problems please look through “Funds” other wise it’s a great game !

Thought It Was Different…
I was really enjoying the first section of the game. The entire area before the Void Abyss. I kept thinking that, because there was no energy requirement like other games of its type, I would definitely make an in app purchase once the shop was unlocked. The game was lots of fun, I made sure to watch ads whenever possible…then the moment I hit the Void Abyss and the shop unlocked, the energy bar appeared and the energy related IAPs were just incredibly overpriced for what the game is. Sadly, I immediately uninstalled it and won’t be continuing. I really hoped the developers would’ve done something new and different, something worth rewarding them for but they’re just as bad as other devs that create games of this type.

Every time I play the game I get through to the end and then it crashes just before I collect the souls, I have got further but it still crashes halfway through. Don’t know what happens at the end either as although I’ve levelled up I’ve never seen it.
