What people like
- Smooth, flexible, and easy to navigate
- Great for fans of On Cinema
- Access to exclusive movie discussions
What they complain about
- Does not work well on iPad
- Login issues and broken playback features
- Missing HEI points and wallet section
The Hei Network (5,950 minutes)
I only wish I could give this five bags instead of five stars (a less appropriate rating system).
Bad!
The login on this dumb thing doesn’t work. Tim must have made it. Might be because I bought a ticket for tonight’s Oscar Special but I don’t have a subscription? I guess I’ll need to watch the special on my computer.
Great app lags though
I give this app 4 bags of popcorn because of the lags but otherwise great entertainment
Media player not from this century
I love the content and would really like to embrace the app but the media player is just too poorly designed. No vertical fullscreen, resuming playback starts the video from beginning, no playlists etc. You should just upload the videos to Youtube and forget about this mess.
Can’t log in
Getting “Something went wrong” message
It’s movie time!
New Heidecker and Gregg Turkingtons movie expertise has brought meaning to my life.
No Roku availability
Inaccessible on Roku
Surprisingly good app!
Compared to other HEI products such as the TCH vape pen (which fell apart immediately), this app is surprisingly good for a custom video streaming app! Fix the view for iPadOS and you'd have yourself a five-bagger review! Seriously though please make this work on iPad. 🙏
True Blue Buff Stuff?
Sorry guys, I can’t give great reviews to every app I see— Confusion with Heineken EN
Nomber one app in the "App Store"
not a fan of the star rating system in this store but at least it is out of FIVE. HEI hits it out of the park with this one
Want to give 5 bags, but it’s unusable on iPad
Love the on cinema team and it’s a good app, but it gets screwy when you try to use it on your iPad. (Also if you could have it save where you were in the episode that’s be dope)
5 bags and a little problem
Great app for On Cinema content. However, as a yearly subscriber I was promised 50,000 HEI points (which I had, and should I add, had accumulated a few more). So imagine my surprise when after the website updated and my HEI points are gone. Not even a trace. Then the app comes out and it doesn’t even have a HEI wallet section. My subscription renewal period is coming up soon. I’d like to know if the HEI points will be restored by then since that is a leading factor in my HEI Network interest. Thank you, looking forward to more updates.
All Hail HEINetwork
A really classic and timeless app for a sick and decrepit generation struggling to find any sense of purpose. For sure an App of the Year contender. I give it five bags of popcorn and two apples with bites out of them and little happy worms living in the apples, because I’m writing this from an Apple product.
iPad ):
Would be five bags but the videos won’t fit my iPad screen unfortunately
small issue
I have a hei network account. I do not have a hei network subscription. I’m not able to log into the app with my account because my subscription is not active. This prevents me from watching the 12th annual Oscar special replay for free that’s on tonight
4 bags.

What an Amazing Application
I’ve never left a review for an app before but I’m gonna write one for this one damnit! This app is such a delight. It’s smooth and flexible. Easy to navigate. I have all of the best entertainment right my finger tips. This was just what I was looking for when I need my on cinema fix! Great job guys. Check Trinity out on office hours live.
hey guys
it’s movie time
5 stars of popcorn
5 stars of popcorn but mayhaps we could get an autoplay feature? Unless im doing it wrong. Thanks for the app regardless love to the Timiverse
a bold “New” app
New Heidecker is rihgting the wrongs of his past here. Bravo, New! Cannot wait to see you, Gregg, and Mark Prok talk about the most important thing in life: the movies! One bag removed for lack of Xbox support, but added back for the benefit on-the-go movie expertise. Movies!
IM HAPPY IM HEALTHY IM HEI
Easy five bagger. Thanks New and most of all thank you to G (Dad) for making this possible.
