Good game
good game, support helped out when I had trouble getting a purchased item. they helped and fixed it within the day. Crown pass is probably the most bang for your buck and a lot is cash grabs but overall good game and great depth with the characters
P2W
You have to spend money to get the better heroes. Not worth playing if you’re F2P.
Can be buggy
Overall the game is fun and easy to progress through. My only issue is that if I use the toon Fletcher it crashes the game every time I get him 5+ cards during a battle. It’s annoying but other than that game works well.
Huge pay wall
Thanks for the fun gameplay Wall Brawl really does have a great core. But man, when you hit the paywall, it’s not just a wall it’s a full‑blown fortress. And the worst part is when you do spend a little money, you barely get anything out of it. The progression comes to a dead stop unless you pay way more than feels reasonable.
Okay but nickel and dime you
This is an okay tower defense game. Not bad at all. But there are 2 main things that I don’t particularly like. 1) they want you to pay for everything (to see the battle at 2x speed, you have to pay for it. 2) the internet connection for this server is terrible. I watch the really long ad and then it buffers and tells me that there’s something wrong with my connection and doesn’t give me my reward. Deleting it from my phone after this review. Meet frustrating.
Fun
Fun
Could be fun
The game constantly desyncs forcing you to replay levels. Lost keys to chest after using them and game desynced. It spams desync messages to the point your phone begins to lag so you cant even close the app on an iphone 14
Game is fun
The game would be a lot better if there wasn’t any adds at all so the way people can play it more
Forced party nonsense
One of the first mission drags you through how to customize your party to add Gale. The VERY NEXT mission ignores your custom party and add the slow attacking Smolder all so that he (smolder) can trash talk. I’ve failed the mission 2 times now because instead of the characters I upgraded, I’m stuck with the Fail Dragob.
Honest opinion
Game is fun don’t get me wrong , but it’s hard getting great character stars. Also update a lot.
New Player
I’ve been playing this game on and off for a few weeks now. It has actually been a very fun experience. I spent a few dollars because they make it affordable and I hope it remains this way. Looking forward to levelling up my heroes and getting some serious wall defence happening ☺️☺️
Just another Pay-2-Win
Game states or fun enough but never lets you really get going on missions or pvp without making processes to find the necessary items for upgrades and leveling. Just another constant and endless grind of a game that leaves you frustrated and left behind. 👎👎👎👎👎
Good but
It’s a good game with very little issues (if any) but you have to pay to speed up battles, this game feels waaay to dragged out because of it, it takes so long to finish a battle that could have lasted 2 minutes.
Pay to Win
This game is actually fun so it’s a shame that the further you get the more difficult it becomes to progress unless you’re willing to spend A LOT of money. Even then it’s no guarantee that you’ll unlock useful heroes or gear. Again this game has so much potential but between SO many ads and having to pay to have a chance at competing, at the end of the day it’s not worth it. I’d love for the developers to change that.
Fun but buggy
The game is pretty fun to play, despite the million ads you have to watch to maintain playability, but there are so many constant bugs, it gets annoying. You should fire 👏 your 👏 networking 👏 developers 👏. They’re garbage. Things are constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. So many “can’t do this right now” messages. You need to do some more beta testing.
Really good
Probably the best TD I’ve played in a while. It feels fair. Unlocking quite a few characters just for playing the game. And further leveling them up by pulling them. This will allow you to take a beneficial character in to battle eliminating chance. I do wish the pull rates on souls were better because it is extremely hard to pull an extra. The animations are super slick, and the fights are very satisfying. I have a feeling I will be playing this for a very long time. Guys I recommend supporting this game. In my opinion best bang for your buck are key fund for gacha spins, and gem fund for reaching levels. Really nice game.
Very limited
The game itself is good, fun even but the progress is extremely slow unless you spend a lot of money. It is extremely P2W as there is no decent way to get heroes or exp or gold other than thru purchasing bundles with real money. It’s not even a grind its more like walking uphill while pushing a huge boulder.
Pretty good
It's so much fun but there are things that are missing one of them is the more you progress the harder it gets for free to play players maybe make some changes to help us a little more. The game is still small but i think if you guys use the power of social media it will be more fun and better like having discord servers to keep us updated and keep players in touch, also improving the guild mode and overall will be so much more fun.
Pay to win
This game gets hard really fast and there is barely any way to progress beside spending an insane amount of money. Too bad cause it could be a solid game if not for the devs greed
Remove Mandatory Ads
I like this game but the mandatory ads are killing the experience. I’d much rather voluntarily pick to watch an ad to get double rewards or whatever than get forced to watch an ad
Fun and easy to get into
I play a lot of quick games when I only have a few minutes to play, here and there. This game is great at being accessible but also having some depth and unlocking more power, characters etc. good game! Pretty fun, give it a go. I’m F2P.
Money Pit
Unless you are willing to fork up a bunch of money every month to make any progress in this game - I don’t recommend it. I’ve also seen some adds for it that are completely misleading. Leaderboards essentially show who has paid the most. There hasn’t been new content in a long time. Don’t waste your time or money.
Was great now less so
This was a really fun game. It had ads that I could choose to watch which I always did for the extras. Then it changed now everytime I play a level it makes me watch ads. For nothing. I don’t mind if I can choose. But if I have to, well then I’m out. Too bad!
Great at the beginning
This game at the beginning is amazing it’s fun and there’s plenty to do. Then you’ll hit a wall, this wall will take you days sometimes a week to pass a level unless you spend money. Then you’ll pass two or three levels and stuck again. At some point it makes you lose interest in the game.
Love it
Such a fun game, would love even more side quests though to kill more time on the game
Slightly polished but still P2W
So many pay walls that you can’t enjoy the game. Had potential but ultimately way too greedy.
Constant Disadvantages
At first, I really enjoyed this game! However, as I play it more, i’m starting to understand why many of my Guild members have stopped playing for days! This game is constantly putting you at disadvantages for the different levels. For example, there’s a mode where almost every hero type is a disadvantage except one, however the ones that might help we advance the level NEVER show up on my list of heroes to select! (Develops can say that it’s random but with today’s machine learning and artistically intelligence…i’m sure there’s a way to improve this algorithm)
Nice game but…
I kind of like this version of TD, and I played this for a bit, but I guess I couldn’t handle the ads. It’s not many, sure, but why are the ads mostly 2 minutes long? In very very rare cases, I timed it and it took 2 minutes and 18 seconds. Others would mostly be 1 minute and 50 seconds. I’d be lucky if I got the 45 second ads, but what I hate most are the 2 minute long ads when I start a game for the 3x speed, or even the double rewards at the end. Again, not many ads, but still. Why? It’s an okay game otherwise.
Best new game Idle Defense
I like mechanic combie skill of heroes, very interesting.
No support
The game is fun, but support is non responsive. I spent time and money on this game. Got a new phone and lost all my progress. Contacted support twice and never received a follow up or even a response. Save your money.
Game Feels Neglected
Been playing for about 3 months and have seen zero new content in the game. 95% of my server and top clan have quit as there is nothing to do besides spend hundreds of $$ to get a very small bump in power and progress maaaaybe 1-2 levels. Very solid base game/foundation that seems dev love fell off for it in favor of a cash grab as currently zero new content being produced. Weekly events are a copy/paste of ptw no effort “content”. Very disappointed.
Pay to Win
This game is super fun: the combat is interesting, the design is cute, and I like a lot about it. However, the biggest issue is that you have a very small energy pool, and levels cost a lot of energy to play. There's a tavern that gives you a lot of energy daily, but because levels are insanely hard to beat, you have to use that energy on patrolling (meaning you don't actually play) for small rewards. Additionally, levelling up characters is expensive with in-game currency, and with day-of-the-week limitations, it goes REALLY slow. This is a game that definitely fits the play style of either players that want to spend real money or are extremely patient and like repetition. To solve these issues, I think lowering the amount it energy it costs to play a level is one fix, then making the first star for a character easier to obtain without real money (then further stars requiring time and money). I'm gonna keep playing, but man, this game can be infuriating even with spending money; I pay for VIP and STILL can't progress because of the difficulty.
A good entry into a crowded genre
I’ve played a bunch of these games, and they’re all almost exactly the same. This one has some nice charm to it, feels a little more polished, and, while it seems so simple, the fact that they don’t get the 2X speed behind a purchase makes me want to support them.
Game massively needs work.
The star system to have your champs start with you is absurd. Not being able to keep champs out of the rotation since you can hardly build your lineup is also absurd. And gold/xp is actually insanely slow to get so progress is abysmal. Better off playing something else as mobile games shouldn’t be such a massive time sink IMO.
Pay 2 Win
Pretty fun, but you eventually hit a roadblock where you need to either spend cash to progress, or wait weeks to get past a particular level. The upgrade cards in a run are randomized, so you need either luck, or the heroes you need at the start which also costs money to be able to do that. The arena is the same way. It’s fun, but you pay to win.
Overall thoughts
So far the game has a ton of bugs like not rewarding watched ads or any watched ads rewards for that matter, even in the dungeon and mines.
Fun
Good game
Money
The base game is unplayable unless you spend the money on VIP. Not worth your time
Crash
I like the game play, etc and would play more but it crashes sooooo much and never refunds the lost stamina/progress/tokens. Very grabby.
I’ve been playing
For a while now and we can not fuse heroes like your ad says
Great game
A really good tower defense type of game that isn’t too intrusive with ads, love the art work and the gameplay is easy to get into.
Stay away
Purchase not working and zero customer support replies. 50% of add runs to double rewards or extra levels don’t work (after the ad runs). Either terrible coding or scam.
Has potential
Greedy developers as always. It’s not tower defense. It’s card/hero based and you can’t get stars to level up even when paying
AWFUL reward rates.
This is ridiculous!!!! Your character drop rates are ATROCIOUS!!! I have Fridgette at 3 stars while i barely have a selectable team of 1 stars. This makes zero sense.
