I love this game but there’s a pink phone stuck in the terrace that I could not get from the previous version (v1.17.25). Tried to update to v1.18 but game is not launching. Please help. I’m crying.

Lost all my packs
Towinz was accidentally deleted on my iPad. I was one of the first people to preorder the game and I got a bunch of codes, getting the packs that were given for free. I downloaded Towniz back to see I lost everything. The game is good but what about my packs, they are all gone. I really enjoyed playing Towniz so I hope this is fixed.

I used to like this game, until one of the updates gave the characters an “emotion”with demon horns. This is not an emotion, it is something that is very real and very active in the world. The devil uses little things like this to lure people step by step to destruction every day. This is why I have stopped playing the game and given it a one star rating. It goes against my religious beliefs and in a world where there is constant evil everywhere we turn, why do we need it in a game that’s supposed to be safe and positive for everyone? I’m not asking for much, I’m not even asking that you get rid of the emotion. I’m just asking that you simply remove the horns. If you do, I will not only be more than happy to start playing the game again, but I will also give it a five star rating. Because it was a fun game, but having anything that relates to the devil is not only wrong, but dangerous, and can not be accepted. I saw your latest response and I completely disagree! Demon horns are bad! I have never used them on my cell phone and if there was a way to remove them there I absolutely would! It is NOT a funny way to show emotions, the devil is real! And if you’re leading people to believe that the demon horns are ok, then they start thinking that the things the devil encourages are ok, like stealing! And if they think that stealing is ok, then they’re going to see what else they can get away with and the crimes will get worse and worse! I am completely disappointed and disgusted at your lack of understanding and morals! And I will NEVER understand why doing something so simple like removing the horns is so hard for you! Seriously, it’s not like it would affect your game in any way! Both of my sisters have deleted your game because of this, and I have written my review to you over and over again, hoping that you just didn’t understand the danger of your choice. But now that I see that you have also fallen into the devil’s trap, I will be deleting it to. And it was incredibly uncaring and disrespectful for you to put the demon horns emoji in your response to my complaint when that was what my complaint was about.

Hi! I love this game it's amazing! But for some reason I'm trying to Register but I've been waiting for awhile and it still isn't sending me the code. I don't know why I checked my messages and mail and more but it still isn't sending me the code 😭 if someone could pls tell me what to do that would help a lot! Other then that I love your game!
Good but a few glitches
The game is good and I love designing my own shops and houses but whenever I change my outfit it always resets to the outfit I made my character in then I lose my outfit and have to change them again. Also I have moved things in my house like adding food to the fridge and then when I leave the app (not closing it out just pressing the home button) there is no more food in it and I have to keep re-putting food in the fridge. These have happened multiple times.
Gift exchange/bugs
An idea to the future update is making gifts for the characters would be awesome and incredible for the game itself. When the elevator the characters are gone and you have to leave the house and return to the house and it is a bug in the game that it is in the elevator making your characters disappear like they were gone. Can you please fix that Btw I absolutely love your game I play it on some days and I love it 🩷🩷💜🩷💜💜🩷🩷🩷💜🩷💜

Tenho gostado do jogo, porque ele é parecido com Avatar World e tem várias possibilidades. Porém, uma coisa que me incomoda muito é que praticamente tudo precisa ser decorado e organizado por nós mesmos. Em vez de deixar o jogo mais divertido, isso acaba deixando ele cansativo e até chato às vezes. Eu gostaria que já existissem mais lugares prontos para explorar, como praias, mais tipos de animais, parques e outras áreas diferentes. Falta variedade de conteúdo, e muitas vezes a gente precisa passar muito tempo arrumando tudo antes de conseguir brincar de verdade. O jogo tem potencial, mas precisa de mais coisas prontas e mais opções para os jogadores aproveitarem sem ter que ficar horas organizando tudo. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Free trial but I have to pay. I can’t use the one month free trial. It’s like a glitch so I love the game but I played like every day but I wanna like create a club or whatever it’s called if it says free one month free trial it doesn’t.
