A joke app!
This is the worst app ever. It’s unbelievable to host a big comparison like CAF. And your FAN ID might take up to a week to get!! Also it’s so confusing. It doesn’t let you scan the front of your ID easily. Now I’m missing 2 games before my FAN ID is still being in progress.

Awful — Ruined Experience
Could not buy the tickets as the passport scanning did not work (tried over a dozen times). Therefore, did not attend the tournament.

The programmer are not qualified for this. Next time please just hire somebody from china.
Die schlichteste App
Die App YALLA ist leider eine der schlechtesten Apps, die ich je genutzt habe. Nach dem Herunterladen habe ich meine Daten sowie die meiner Kinder (2) eingegeben, die Validierung hat extrem lange gedauert. Das schlimmste war jedoch, das mein Ticketkauf mein FAN ID nicht erkannt wurde. Als ich es spät noch einmal versuchen wollte, waren die Tickets bereits ausverkauft. Sehr enttäuschend und absolut frustrierend besonders für meine Kinder!

Passport NFC chip scan is ridiculous
The app is good BUT the feature for passport chip scan does not support passports that are valid but issued before nfc chip was available. Many countries are complaining including US and India. WHY would the app not allow manual as a backup option??? A very disappointing experience. In Morocco but cannot attend a game because I cannot get a Fan Id because the tech team doesn’t get it.
Confusions
I managed to install app, create a fan ID, told a third batch of tickets will be released in December and until now in the app it says the third release is still to be released. But to my surprise I found out that the third tickets sales was released 15 November and tickets for Morocco team are sold out already. Please update the information in the real time system so fans can be informed as it happens. My question is there another release of tickets sale or all tickets for my Moroccan team are sold out for good😭?

Hello, I created an account and chose official passport instead of ordinary passport. I can’t fix it. I want to delete my account and it won’t let me. I tried using a different email and it won’t let me because my passport is under the other account. Please help.

Broken app for Americans who wish to attend Cup of Nations
The required automated passport scanning feature for Fan ID breaks consistently at 99%, and if you get this experience, it’s impossible to get your Fan ID. Multiple emails with customer support does not resolve anything as they simple say to wait.

That’s a smart move and a great idea.
Does not work
It's just so disappointing how the app's name point is to get us to find ID, and it's not even able to scan properly. Plus I have a Moroccan ID. I have tried with three different phones, and none of them seem to work. I called support to let them know, and their only excuse was "wait and try again." And I've tried over ten times. I let them know there is an issue with the app, and it turned out they wanted to argue about it. Like, "No, your phone has an issue." It went from me calling customer support for support to the customer support complaining and insulting me.
