LOVE!!
I have recently started going to pin events, and love using this app to find the value of a pin for trades! It’s super easy to scan pins too which has been helpful for me to see my collection grow! Also seeing the new pins trending on the explore page has been a fun way to search for new pins to put in my ISO ✨

Paid for the Subscription, Now the App Features No Longer Work and My Entire Collection Disappeared
Update: I’m updating my review because the issue has now been resolved. After several weeks of not being able to use the app, I opened it one morning and my original account, complete pin collection, and all features (including scanning and search) were restored. The support team also reached out to me after several attempt to contact them via app, my review, social media, and email, and offered to investigate my account. The experience was still frustrating, especially as a paid annual subscriber, because I lost access to the app’s core features for several weeks and initially had difficulty getting a response. However, I’m happy that everything is working again and that my collection was recovered. When the app works, it’s a great tool for Disney pin collectors, and I’m hopeful the developers continue improving reliability and support. Based on my current experience, I’m increasing my rating and hope things continue to run smoothly. Original Review: I really wanted to love this app, especially as a Disney pin collector, but I am currently very disappointed with my experience. I purchased the annual subscription ($39.99) and uploaded my entire pin collection. At the end of June/beginning of July, my collection completely disappeared from the app. Around the same time, the scan feature stopped working, and every pin I try to scan returns “No matches found,” regardless of lighting, background, or pin type. The Explorer/search feature is also no longer working and returns “No pins found.” I have updated the app, deleted and reinstalled it multiple times, and contacted support several times. Unfortunately, I have not received a response or a resolution yet. I understand that technical issues happen, and I hope this can be resolved because this app has a lot of potential for collectors. However, as a paying subscriber, losing my collection data and being unable to use the main features of the app has been extremely frustrating. I would appreciate communication from the support team and a solution to restore my collection and access the features I paid for.

Axes d’amélioration
Très bonne application avec une base de données très pratique pour les collectionneurs de pins Disney. En revanche, quelques améliorations pourraient la rendre encore meilleure. Il serait appréciable de pouvoir choisir la langue de l’application, au lieu qu’elle soit uniquement en anglais. Cela permettrait à davantage de collectionneurs dans le monde de l’utiliser plus facilement. Il serait également intéressant d’ajouter, dans la rubrique Blogs & Guides, les calendriers des sorties de pins de tous les parcs Disney (Disneyland Paris, Tokyo Disney Resort, Hong Kong Disneyland, etc.), avec les sorties du mois ou de la semaine, et pas seulement celles des parcs américains. Je pense qu’il existe encore beaucoup d’idées pour développer l’application et séduire davantage la communauté internationale et européenne. Avec ces améliorations, elle pourrait devenir la référence mondiale pour les collectionneurs de pins Disney.
Great for New Pin Traders
I’m new to pin trading, so knowing about a pin or how to estimate its value is super new to me. I loved how easily I could scan pins and get info about them. I feel more confident making trades.
Poor log-in
While the app can be fun, you can only log in on 1 device. With that said if your phone crashes and you paid for the app in less the 90 days you are out of luck to regain access, or get a refund. I even sent a message and was pretty much told it’s not their problem. Very disappointing!

App is good hate the fact you have to have a subscription to see if your pins are worth anything
Money grab
I was really disappointed with this app. You only get 20 free scans before you’re forced into a $15/month subscription. There’s not even a basic free version. You can’t manually add pins to your collection or use any meaningful features without paying. This could have been a great app, but it’s essentially useless unless you’re willing to subscribe. I deleted it because the price just isn’t justified for what it offers.
It’s alright
I like the trivia and the place where you can see all the pin trade ing events, but I have a problem with it, the limited amount of scans you have I have more than 100 pins and the scanner only has 30 SCANS! Not fair but the rest of it, it’s fine
The best for pin collectors
If you are collecting pins and you want to keep it organized, know your traders, know the average price of each pin, then THIS is your app! Absolutely love it!!
Waste of Time
If every single BASIC feature is behind a huge paywall, how do you expect anyone to try out your app! That’s not an “upgrade” that’s just making the normal experience horrible in hopes people will pay to remove the handicap. You’re driving potential users away.

It’s a great idea, but like many have said, most of what you actually want to use it for is for subscribing customers only. $$$ Sorry. Not for me.
Good app needs fixing
App is good but don’t like that it’s device based. I just got the app and then got the yearly subscription. But can’t get my profile on my new phone so it feels like the subscription is pointless because I don’t want to pay for two subscriptions.
Best Pin App Ever!!!
Absolutely LOVE this app! ✨ As a Disney pin collector and trader, it makes keeping up with my collection and finding pins so much easier. Cross device sharing
I purchased this app on 6/28/26. I immediately contacted the developer and asked about cross device sharing with my wife. Here is their response: “Hi there Cross-device syncing for Apple is coming very soon in our next update! You and your wife will be able to share the same account across your iPhones seamlessly” There have been multiple updates now and still can’t share with my wife. Get this fixed and you’ll get a better rating and probably more customers.
Good but not amazing
They have a huge data colletion but it only allows to scan 3 pins for free, if we want to scan more we need to pay. Please fix this so we can add more pins to our collection.
Calling all Disney pin collectors!!
I highly recommend you download this app because it makes it so easy to catalog your pins!! It also gives you the values, the last price it was sold at, it helps you set up your ISO’s and even mark your traders!! It’s honestly so easy to work with!! You just scan your pin, select if the correct match and catalog. Its literally 1,2,3 & done!
Waste
Waste of time you have to pay monthly or yearly membership to use
Great idea but expensive.
It’s definitely far to expensive for what it is, a database of pins which for kids or the calm and chill collectors seems out of reach. I’m from the UK with a unique collection but having basically everything behind a paywall is kinda crazy and ridiculous but I hope it does well none the less
Pay to use
You only get 20 free scans to use for your pins but after that you have to pay for a membership. Essentially to use this app you have to pay 40 dollars.
A little too expensive for me
A brilliant idea and the app is great. Just put off by the subscription as I feel it’s a little bit too expensive for me.
Super fun and easy!
Pin trading app made it so easy to help me complete sets! Soo many hidden mickeys to keep track of and this app showed me exactly what I had and what I was missing. It’s also really cool they give information about a specific pin you’re wondering about. Love it!
Its okay, lot of issues
Had high hopes for this one, heard a lot of good things about it. A lot of stuff is stuck behind a monthly subscription. You get 30 scans total, you’re basically on a free trial period of the app. A lot of the images for pins are poor quality with lighting, are angled weird, have parts of the pin cut off, or the image is of a cheesy looking knock off pin. Some pins I own I cannot even find on the app. Most of the pins you see knock-offs of all over aren’t flagged as such on the app. Takes 2-8 tries to find the pin I need using scans cause searching doesn’t always work and failed scans count to your limited number of free scans. If you’re gonna hide the price of the pin behind a paywall at least tell us if it’s common or rare.
Good, but a couple of issues
This is a really nice app for tracking your collection. The problem is that with the free version, you can only have 20 pins in your collection. This isn't realistic for most collectors. Another thing: my mom purchased the paid subscription, and we thought it would be shared with me because we enabled Apple Family Sharing. We found out that the developer has to enable it for the app for it to work. Please enable it so that when my mom purchases it, it shares with me. Other than that, this is a great pin trading app!

Accurate and Easy Tracking for Pins
With the Pin Trading app it makes it so easy to scan your pins in and keep track of everything. Your iso (in search of) plus your whole collection right at your fingertips. When at the parks or a trading event knowing the average value AND retail price of pin is so helping to make sure you’re protecting each end of the trade !
To expensive
This app would be good but I have to pay 30 dollars per month just to see the value and much more, but if I don’t pay I can’t do anything on it.
A Pin Trader must have
I am so glad I decided to download this app. It’s definitely worth getting the subscription. As many pins as I have coming through this takes out a lot of the guesswork and time to look up every single sold. It definitely helps get through my inventory easier. Also on the other side as a pin trader I can keep up with what I have at home and not trade over and over for what I already have like I did in the past and I love seeing the value of my entire collection.
Why would I have to pay money
Horrible!! I’m sure it works fine but the first thing it asks you to do is to buy a subscription so it can tell you about pins. I collect cards and have card apps to tell me the value of them without having a subscription. Do NOT download this app. They are just trying to scam you out of money.

Every pin I scan is matched incorrectly. The app consistently fails to identify the correct pin, and the overall user experience is very poor.

Will not pay
The app looks like it would be a good resource. But I have no desire to pay for an app that does what I can do without it. I can already sort my pins without the app. I can already look up the value of pins without the app. I can already look up the upcoming pins without the app. So why would I pay for this service?
