Description
This app is for the "Lheidli T'enneh First Nations" band office administrators.
The office manages administrations for the Indigenous members belonging to it's community. The wants to connect to all community members who are called band members by communicating to them about events, updates and benefits that are relevant to them. There is a team who verifies the identity of the members who submit request through this app and will be approved by the responsible administrators. Once approved the members will be able to receive relevant information about schemes and benefits to them.
The members of the band are spread across a large area and through this app the band office wants to stay connected to them.
The information being collected in the app is to verify and validate member information and information like address and contact details are used to map the relevant benefits to the first nation members as these are location specific.
Note that the band administration office has most of this information with them already and are using it diligently only to support the members. This information is not shared with anyone outside the administrators.
The list of departments as you may see are the departments which the band office has distributed the responsibilities to manage the policies and benefits, and we are associating the departments for relevant office bearers responsible for a set of activities. Like new job opportunities are communicated by HR manager to all members. We want to restrict the HR related information by HR office bearers only.
All community members associated with the band will be registered under "Members" department.
