Glitches
I love the game but it has become unplayable. Freezes every game. That causes me to lose everything I have done or used. I have sent them many messages about it and it has been weeks with no response and no fixing of issues.

Offer seems good but at the end this game does not pay you, scam game
I found this game through Freecash which I will get paid to complete certain levels within certain time, I finished all the levels required within time but my reward got rejected, scammed game to make people play. It has lots of ads and the game freezes a lot, I had to start over because it got frozen, very frustrating because it takes time to complete a level. Storyline is ok, the character’s clothing and accessories can not be redress the character, so you spend your germ buying those clothes but you can’t put it on the character.

Great fun game. Love the entire thing. But the glitching and the adds and the amount of time I have to spend watching ads just to get through is too much to the point that I'm deleting it and finding something else. It's annoying when your about to beat a level and the entire app freezes your entire phone and once you finaly get the patients to open it back up you have to completly restart. It's starting to get me more angry than before fun. All done

Glitchy
This game is super glitchy even after they did an app update that was supposed to fix it. My screen freezes all the time and then I have to start the level over again. I also paid to remove ads and I STILL get pop up ads in the middle of playing. Waste of money!
Great game
Other than it sometimes being laggy and sometimes having to watch a bonus ad twice to get my benefit, it's a great game. I am really enjoying it.

You have Bugs that need fixing
I love this game I’m playing it on a game tester website - but I’m at level 21 or 24 I think and already the game freezes over and over and I restart and it happens again. It sounds like others are reporting the same. Let us know when you update!!

Playing this to get paid is the only reason why Im playing this weird game. Reached level 50 need to reach level 65 normally I’d complete this fast but even though I paid to remove the dumb ads guess what??? Still gotta watch 4-5 ads to even complete a level . ANNOYING. Then when I’m almost done finishing a level game crashes and guess what? Gotta start tf OVER . Trashhhhhhh
Freezing
I do enjoy this game! However, the constant freezing and crashing is really frustrating. Especially because the levels take a while to complete and when it freezes, I have to start the level ALL OVER. Extra frustrating when I’ve used a power up during that level that I then lose as well. Please please provide an update that fixes this issue 🙏🏻
Ads!!!!!!
The app is set up to keep purposely giving you colors that aren’t obtainable so you have no choice but to keep watching ads. It also shows you ads without your consent and forces you to pay if you don’t want them. I only downloaded this game to get points on a cash back app and I can’t wait to delete it.
Too many ads
I like the game, but after the first chapter, I had three ads in like a minute and a half in the middle of a round. I closed it and won’t play anymore. That’s ridiculous. I have no problem spending money on games, but they clearly over ad just to force you to pay to remove ads in order to play the game. I won’t give them a dime because of that.

It’s a horrible , it’s a good game until it keeps freezing my entire screen and shutting off and glitching the screen of the game randomly stops working and starts flickering my phone doesn’t do this with any other game except this one I enjoy the game in the beginning but now I hate it

Something that allows you to relax and take your mind off things. The scenes do like like they’re made of ai but the game itself is decent.

This game is definitely addictive
My phone feels like hot coals.
I have an iPhone 13, my phone has never heated up or lagged this bad. As soon as I opened this app my phone was burning my hands. It was off the charger and in a cool area and it felt like I was holding a hot pan. The game is so laggy that I can’t play the game for more than 3 minutes if that. I play games with high graphics and beautiful gameplay, and it runs perfectly and my phone stays lukewarm. This game for what it’s worth should not be messing with my phone. Also, I am only on level 6, and the levels have already became impossible without extra slots. And every time you lose you have to watch an ad to continue. This game is hella cash grabby, and not worth the time.

Omg THE ADS
I don’t mind watching ads when I’m playing again if This One takes it way too far. I’m not paying to remove the ads because I feel like they are trying to force you into it. You sit through a two-part ad just to sit through a 13 second screen on the next window just to sit through another 3 to 5 second screen. It’s maddening.
Freeze + ADs
The ads that are mandatory, and the ones that you have to watch and exchange for currency are understandable. But after chapter 3, the solitaire ads kept popping up every five seconds while I was trying to play. It became unplayable, and it was the last straw for me. Once I was able to finally close it after three times of opening and closing the app it froze up the entire app. Will never be re-download.
Ad breaks game
I enjoy this game but there is one ad that breaks it, you could be almost done and need a new hole or a new color and need to watch an ad to get and there is one ad that you can’t get out of and you have to completely close the game and reopen and have to start all over, is actually so annoying and not worth playing this game anymore
